I put order through the subway app get to restaurant haven't even started order had to wait extra 10 mins no point using the app

Ordered 3 subs, everyone of them was wrong in some way, one was so heavy on the mayo that it was dripping every where, another one had peices of onion that were not ordered, and the other one was missing one of the sauces and did not get panini pressed. Do waste your time or $$ on this place, worst experience I've ever had at a subway.

Had to wait in line for 30 minutes with only 4 people infront of myself. Staff thinks taking lunch break is more important than helping customers. Staff was rude and unhygenic. Last time I'll be going to this location.

Friendly staff and great subway! It was very clean and welcoming! We went on a road trip and stopped along the way and glad we did! Would 10/10 recommend

First time! Awesome experience. Great vibe in the place and one of the best subs I have had in a very long time. Additionally, whoever does hiring is winning big-time. Every single staff member was happy, eager, and super helpful in providing recommendations. 10/10 experience overall. Keep up the outstanding work guys!

no other bread than flat bred. ingredients didn't taste very fresh, happens too many times. I live 5 minutes away but I'd rather drive to Stratford for mr sub. or new Hamburg subway. won't repeat

I ordered a signature sub and they were so stingy with the meat. If I'm paying for the most expensive sub I would hope that I would get at least the right amount of meat on it.

Honestly, new owner is HORRIBLE. I've seen him raise his voice to the staff at Subway in FRONT of customers which is NOT acceptable and I keep hearing that people are hired, promised shifts and lose them as soon as he hires someone else. Sounds like inexperienced management once again.Constantly go in there and they have no bread. Recently went in at 7pm and they had absolutely no bread and they were open until 9pm.
