Shan’s process is straightforward and easy to follow. She asks really thought-provoking questions to make sure the objectives you create to achieve your goal are realistic. She genuinely cares about you accomplishing the goals that you create. One drawback, I think, is that the workbook only allows for a couple of goals, so if you have more than 3 goals in mind, you would need a new workbook.
