My broiler element cracked. I replaced it myself. Still didn’t work nor did the bake element. Contacted Modern Appliance. Instead of booking an appointment they were able to help me figure out the issue over the phone. Went to Home Depot, picked up a part and was able to use my oven within an hour. Great customer service!

Peter came out and serviced our refrigerator. He was quick to respond and efficient. He explained the cause of the problem which showed us he was courteous and very knowledgeable. We loved his work ethic, very clean definitely refer him to anyone!

Peter's technician arrived on time and repaired our dishwasher quickly. Neville was very friendly, knowledgeable & professional. He took the time to explain what the issue was and what we could do prevent it from happening again. Excellent service with a very reasonable price. Peter always goes above and beyond. From the first time he repaired our stove(after some other company tried and made it worse) he has always been professional, kind and courteous. Since then, I have used him for my fridges and dishwasher. He is an honest person, and will advise you if the repair is worth completing or a replacement unit is needed.
