I recently purchased a 2022 BMW S1000RR from Wolf Motorcycles and I can wholeheartedly say I had an excellent experience doing so. Communication was prompt, answers were completely transparent and, post-transaction, Mark, Jacqui and team go out of their way to make you feel a part of the Wolf family". The Wolf facility makes it the nicest motorcycle dealership I've been in and the inventory is compelling -- there is something there for everyone.You might say that I take my time when making decisions ... I have done number of S1000RR demo rides at Wolf since 2017 and have discussed potential purchases with Mark a few times. Mark is clearly passionate about his products

My experience with Wolf motorcycles was nothing short than perfect. I actually ride Harleys and noticed they had a trade in Road Glide. From the initial touch base, to picking out accessories, working with the service department right down to the delivery to my home in an enclosed trailer was excellent customer service. Whether looking for used or used I would definitely recommend Wolf motorcycles!!!!

Made my first bike purchase at Wolf BMW and the whole team made it an outstanding experience from my initial visit through to delivery. I didn't even have a bike license when I first walked in the door and they answered all my questions with no pressure at all. I soon returned to make the purchase and then they even went the extra mile by keeping the bike while I arranged my training and insurance. Mark, Jacqui, and Don were all great to deal with and could not have been more helpful, highly recommend this dealership.

Picked up my first BMW product and I was very impressed with the customer service that was given, very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable staff. They made the buying process extremely easy even from a distance as I wasn’t from the area. They provided me with a great orientation and overview of the bikes options and features. Bike and all paperwork was ready on time as promised!Couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. Highly recommend to anyone, I will definitely be a returning customer!

Last week I got my hands on my first BMW 2022 F 750 GS Triple Black from Wolf Motorcycles. I would have to say that I had an amazing experience right from the first time I connected with Mark and his team. Both Mark and Jacqui were prompt, transparent in their communication right from the get go and the entire transaction was a breeze. The dealership is one of the best I have seen and everyone there is very helpful. They also have one of the best inventory in the market. I would definitely recommend people looking to buy a motorcycle to contact Wolf Motorcycles.

An outstanding experience, me and my friend went there to do a comparison study on HD and Indian bikes, but the owner Mark he made our visit a different experience, it's the first time in Canada we recived such a wonderful customer service inspite of the fact that we told him we are just window shopping.

Best customer service and great dealership. I worked with Mark and Jacqui who were both amazing. Mark was my salesman and I don't have enough words in this review to describe his professionalism, knowledge, friendliness, and customer service. I am never buying another motorcycle with anyone else. The dealership is great, clean, and inviting!They really took care of me with the excellent price of my new 2022R 1250 GSA. Never been more excited or happier with the bike itself and the experience at a dealership. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you Mark, Jacqui and all the other members of WOLF BMW.
