On this scale of 1 to 5 stars, Ketobolic Kitchen rates 7 or even 9 stars. (No one is perfect.) I would like a hand rail graspable by old-lady size hands for ease of getting down the steps when I leave, but this has nothing to do with their food and kindness.

Recently discovered this gem! Food is great and Daphne and Robert were a delight during our visit. They may have even converted my husband who was along for the ride. Only downside is that they are so far away!

Incredible keto food, treats, and service. I so much enjoyed my keto lemon meringue pie, cookies, and donuts!!! Wide range of savoury and sweet options. The owners and staff are lovely and have very helpful keto knowledge. Honestly so excited to have discovered this gem!!!

Well, what can I say about this business? Absolute awesomeness!!!. Daphne and her husband are wonderful people. They are honest hard working people and together with their team they create amazing tasty Keto products.Whether it's savory or sweet they have something for everybody even if your not on a strict Keto diet.I am a frequent customer of theirs and buy their products regularly. I have tried many of their products and none of them disappoint.Keep up the great work guys.I support local.

Ketobolic Kitchen’s prepared meals are complete satisfaction and pure joy! It really blows me away when I realize I’ve eaten something so delicious, healthy and nutritious, that’s low in calories, carbs and full of protein, fiber, etc. Totally amazing. HOLY MOLY! What a pleasant surprise to find delicious KETO CHEESECAKE at Glooscap Sweetgrass Convenience gas station! Amazing. The carrot cake is also mind-blowing. I will be keeping an eye out for your products in East Hants!

I was so lucky to have found this gem of a business while away for the weekend in Bridgetown! I haven't finished trying all the meals I bought yet, but can say the bread, calzone, and sweets are amazing. If you're looking for low-carb, keto or diabetic safe foods, this place is a must.
