Horrible customer service. I have been going here my entire life, and in the past few years the customer service has been awful (in the pharmacy). They never answer the phone or you are on hold for hours. They tell you a prescription will be ready at a certain time, but when you go to pick it up, it’s not ready and you’re stuck waiting for 45 minutes. They do not respect your time. When you complain or tell the pharmacy staff you were told it would be ready at a certain time, they just shrug you off or say it’s busy. Today was the last straw, I tried calling from 9 am to 2 pm for a prescription I need filled today before my vacation and couldn’t get through and then was put on hold for 45 minutes. As soon as they answered my call, I asked to have mine and my entire families files transferred. Good riddance.

I needed antibiotics and the pharmacy team was awesome at filling the prescription within minutes due to my discomfort despite being very busy. Thank you kindly!

I usually don’t like going in the beauty boutique because I’ve had terrible experiences in the past. But I was definitely lucky this time when I went to this location. The beauty attendant Paula was AMAZING. She was so kind and caring ,She took time to color match me and recommended a ton of products for my skin types. We chatted for quite awhile. And I left with some great products and honestly just a fantastic mood overall. Thank you again Paula:)

Super slow for 1.I have to finish antibiotics and they only gave me half.. said they needed 2 daysI came back 5 days later and now I need them and they still don’t have them nor tell me about it. If you want to get angry come here!

With a cart full of items I went to the register to avoid using self checkout for 30 items, but the three staff members who were all behind the counter, all who saw me, all chose to ignore me entirely and continue chatting amongst eachother. After waiting a few minutes for them to be decent I went through self checkout anyway. Complete failure to do even the bare minimum in the store side. The pharmacy has always been great in my experience.

Worst pharmacy in the greater edmonton area. You literally are on hold for at least 45 minutes to ask for a refill. In person walk ins to ask for the refill take a good 30 min but unfortunately you have to wait for a couple of hours for them to actually refill it. Hard to do what if you don't have many hours to be on the phone or go in person.

I brought back a sharps container which I was told will be automatically replaced for free. I buy insulin for my cat. They wanted to charge me $13 for a new container.

Check your medication at the counter! I had a number of prescriptions filled at this Shoppers and I picked them up and got them home. While sorting them, one of the vials was labeled and closed but empty. While it was firmly closed, I still checked the bag to see if they had fallen out somehow.I returned to the pharmacy and was told that there was no way that could happen. I waited while they did an inventory and everything was accounted for. The pharmacy manager wasn't there so I was told I would have to come back.I came back the next day and the pharmacy manager was very dismissive. After calling for a supervisor to refund me, he just walked away without saying a word.

I can't write a complete review because my interaction didn't get that far. I walked up to the pharmacy desk and waited while 2 women sat staring at computer terminals and did not even acknowledge my presence. Not a hello, we'll be with you in a moment, not a word or look. After standing there for a bit, I left. The second pharmacy I went to I was the exact opposite. I highly recommend Peoples Pharmacy at the Shops of Boudreau.

I’ve been here twice already, one time to make a return and another time to buy a product I was looking for. Today I had to make a return, and I have to say the manager Becca is very rude and impatient. I also had to purchase a product from the beauty section the other day and I was not impressed with the help. Samantha in the beauty department helped me first and she was very kind and I appreciated her help. Unfortunately I had an appointment to get to, so I couldn’t stay with her. Once I came back maybe an hour later Samantha was no longer there and I ended up with 2 girls who didn’t seem to want to help me.So I’m definitely not impressed.
