Horrible,poor customer service !!!! I went there with my friend to get my first ever nails. we called beforehand, they said they had open slots.when we arrived they asked we wait for 20 mins which we gladly did, but once our meni started they would get up and do someone else’s unfinished meni/pedi, and shuffle workers, due to which there was huge communication problem. Also took us 3-4 hrs to get the most simple nails. I wanted gel and discussed the price and everything but they gave me acrylic, and when i told her thats not what i asked for (even though she had only placed them on 3 nails by that time), she started yelling, saying i was wasting her time despite the favt that i kept askinh what material it was and ahe wasnt replying to me . and that she had places to be, she knew i was new to nails but she was very rude and would be mad if i didnt understand something. i literally had to request them to make my own nails shorter bcz she wouldnt. She wouldnt do my chosen (very simple) design. or length or color. I understand the design i wanted couldnt be done in gel but there was no reason to deny giving me the color i wanted. she insisted i chose a color of her choice “bcz she didnt have time for me to choose”. She was even mad that I pointed out the ugly blobs of gel she was doing for me. I had the worst expereince ever in a service industry. terrible customer service. may be they should teach some manners in those nail tech schools. I literally feel so traumatised that i dont even want to look at my nails. That woman was horrible. Needless to say I DIDNOT leave a tip on purpose. Never ever ever go to this place!!!

Called and booked an appt. I had to repeat 4 times I did not want polish, I get ingrown nails so please cut them as short as possible and on the sides as well, and please remove the dead skin on the bottom of my feet. Well they filed my nails, and did not cut them, and said they had completed my pedicure after a short foot massage. I asked again are you not going to clean the bottom of my feet? After the 4th time I was beyond fed up and just left after they quickly did a small amount on the bottom of my feet after they claimed they were done. Then they kept giving me different prices, will not return.

Tried chrome nails for the first time and they did not disappoint. Love how they shaped it perfectly as per my request!!!

I always have the best nails ever here. The ladies are super nice and sweet. Maria did a full acrylic set for me almost a month ago but it stills look perfect till now. She did not overfill the powder like mostly the other place that I went to. So light and comfortable. I’m obsessed!!!!!

I called and they managed to get me in very quickly! Vincent did an amazing job on my nails, and it was a decently affordable extra for the nail art. I'm so happy with it! I highly recommend him.

Have tried this couple times before, it’s generally decent but not the best considering the price charged. I got gel nails this time. I like the lady and it’s close to my place so I keep giving it a chance but this time I’m little disappointed with 80$ spent on gel hands and feet, just two days after Thursday (the day of appointment) the paint started looking wrecked and now there’s bubbles all over the nails. Pretty shady job.

Highly recommend. The nail salon is very clean and staff are nice too. Helen is very experienced. She listened to my request and did my nail very nicely. Will definitely comeback ⭐️

I’ve been going to this nail salon for years! As it’s convenient, closer to home. The ladies are very nice and do an fantastic job every time. Helen, the owner always perfects my nails. Highly recommend!
