Charmed Wellness

I have been dealing with frozen shoulder in both shoulders for much of the past two years. Over the past 6 weeks, Charmi has helped me regain most of the lost range of motion in my arms, returning me to feeling functional and normal again. She worked with me using multiple modalities, detailed instructions for home exercises to continue my improvements and now I have almost the full range again. We've moved on to strength training and I anticipate getting to participate in activities as if nothing significant had happened by the end of the summer. She's knowledgeable, patient, informative and has been a huge help. I wholeheartedly recommend Charmi and Charmed Wellness.

I had the pleasure of seeing Charmi recently. When I went to see her I couldn't move my neck to either side. In one session Charmi had improved my range of motion and pain. In two sessions she had fixed the problem all together. I can't say enough how amazing she is. She made me feel comftotable from the moment I walked into her space. None of them have help with my pain management like Charmi has.
