We were very happy with Brock Doors and Windows when we recently had our new front door installed. The initial salesman was friendly and professional. The team that came out to install the door provided excellent workmanship and were neat and tidy when done. Our door looks and works great!

Exercise caution when doing business with this company. They require a downpayment before doing service (which is reasonable), however, they don't render all service paid for. Customer service is non-existent with this company to rectify any concern.

This is the 2nd time we have used Brock Windows and Doors. We are very satisfied with the product, service and installation. Chris offered great advice on the purchase and the install was seamless, the installer was amazing keeping the work area clean and tidy. We will be calling this company for our next W&D purchase.

If I could give less than one star I would.DO NOT buy anything from this company. The salesman mike scalin can not be trusted. We replaced 13 windows , most with triple glass and beige in colour. They delivered and installed the wrong colour. They refused to admit their mistake. We have had nothing but problems with these windows. Caulking issues, the windows are not installed properly. They try to repair year after year, they refuse to honour their worthless warranty. And the colour bleeds a different colour at all four seems on all the windows. We spent over $15000 for faulty windows. It’s been a nightmare dealing with this company. The worst experience we have had with a company in my life. They take advantage of pensioners. Now we have to get a lawyer to make them honour their warranty.

This installation was done in the winter, so a bit colder and there were some small gaps in the caulking around doors, once it dried. Brock was responsive and back super quickly to help touch up! So happy with our new windows thanks to Brock Doors & Windows! Everyone was extremely professional, friendly and very communicative. The installers especially went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the finished product and we couldn't be happier. And on top of that, the price was fantastic. Would highly recommend!

Buyers Beware!!! We had used Brock previously at our old house for patio doors and they were awesome from sales to installation.We decided to use them again at our new home for front and back doors. We regret our decision. Price wise they were the most reasonable. Service they were not.We purchased the doors in September and they were delayed 3 times. They were not installed until March and were only installed then because we asked for a refund in February with the last notice the doors would be delayed again. Which according to the signed agreement we were allowed to request. Their excuse was that it was due to the pandemic.So when the doors were being installed we had to pay $250.00 extra to have the trim match. At least the front door is fine and looks decent.But the back door….. there is a gap at the bottom where you can see outside. We called customer service in November and we were told they couldn’t send someone out until February to fix it or they could mail some weather stripping and we could fix it ourselves. It’s now May and we are still waiting. No phone calls, nothing in the mail and still a gap. Brock has no intention of honouring their warranty.Another fun tidbit about Brock installation practices, we found out months later that the back door didn’t lock. The lock on the door didn’t meet up with the plate on the frame. We had to have a third party come in and realigned the lock. Short story don’t use Brock.

We had Brock install windows for our house. They did a great job, the quality is excellent and they are professional. We would use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants good value and good product.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are unprofessional, unresponsive and do not provide their product on time. I paid a deposit in March for a window that is finally being installed September 7. They took my full payment over a month ago saying that they were ready to install it, but never did. They now have arrived and don't have the trim. SAVE YOURSELF and do not trust this company.UPDATE - I STILL don't have the trim installed and it's November 8. This company truly, truly is a joke. DO NOT USE THEM.ANOTHER UPDATE! I STILL don't have any trim installed and it is now January 12. They TRIED to install some before Christmas...however it was the wrong size. They had to re-measure (for the third time) and I am supposed" to have them installed sometime in the coming weeks....I'm not holding my breath LOL"

I had my windows replaced and a custom made door installed Nov 1st of 2021. It is now Feb 9th 2022 and the issue with my front door has yet to be resolved. The door doesn't fit and was obviously not sized properly. We've had a service person come 3 times then the subcontractor came early Jan and he stated that they would have to put on a temporary door. Its February and still no temp door. At this point I am extremely frustrated with the service. If you contract the work out you are still responsible Brock Windows, so this poor review is on you. There's been no real attempt to follow up or make contact with us (Antonio & Jeannine). Do I have to wait a full year to get my door replaced/repaired?. The door is stunning as well! The windows are beautiful. I just need to be able to open my front door without having to use both hands to open the darn door. It's terrible! I can't install my smart lock either. I'm looking at another 2 months before this gets resolved and that's unacceptable. And please don't respond saying we've reached out out we're waiting for the contractor. No its on YOU! Please follow up with the contractor. $16,000 dollars later! You got paid already!
