Rude, dirty and pretend they don't run the laundromat next door that their washers are covered in mold. I ask for the female to clean it out and she called the police on me. 3 witnesses in the convenience store had told me not to do laundry there as they have had the same situation happen... DO NOT GO HERE!

Pictures were the wrong size and too zoomed in to crop. The Whitby Passport office said I might need to retake them. Waiting to see if they’ll accept the application.

if I could give 0 stars I would, this place is horrible. It's run by rude people, they charge $9 +tax for a bag of chips. The place is literally falling apart, their merchandise" has been there so long everything is covered in dust and the packaging is yellow. The ceiling is peeling and falling. Their shelves were stocked with dust and expired items that are way too expensive. go anywhere but here."

Always quick and fast service. Very good price. All types of photos like passport or citizenship or PR card. I prefer to go this place as i had submitted couple of photos from this shop and they all got accepted.Parking in the back and spots are always available.

Very Rude Ownerhe used f... word and completely disrespect to me and with other customer.Call center guy told me charges for 12.99 for photo and digital copy and Shop guy told me it is 20.99$ plus tax .I called back to complain about it to call center they hung up phone 5 times and they are thanking health care provider by giving a very great servicejust listen their tune on phone wow

If you have a dog DO NOT GO. Bad service if he knows you have a pet. No place to tie the dog outside.....Never going to go there again until they learn respect!
