I had such an amazing experience at Real Fire Places. They had a great selection of fireplaces and the staff was super knowledgeable on picking the correct sized fireplace for my living space. I walked in with zero knowledge on fireplaces and walked out educated enough I knew what I was spending my money on. My fire place was installed beautifully and will def go back for future needs..

If you're looking for a new fireplace to get installed I highly recommend this place! They offer an incredible wide range of selections (which is great when you're looking for something unique) and the customer service experience in the showroom is beyond exceptional.10/10 would suggest visiting and checking out their store!!

Worst service I’ve ever seen took my money told me my conversion kit would be in after a week never heard back been 3 months kept calling finally said it came in drove 200+kms to pick up wasn’t even in store had to drive another 30 minutes to pick upPoor communication wouldn’t recommend to anyone

We bought a fire place from this shop. Our salesman was Inderjip. He is the best. It was a Saturday that we called him and asked him to stay longer for us to get to the shop and make our purchase. He stayed 1 hour after the shop was closed. He is very patient. After installing our fireplace we told him that we are not happy with the height of installation and again he patiently send the installers to our pace and fixed it. I highly recommend this shop and its amazing salesmen.

We just had our gas fireplace insert replaced. We trusted other positive reviews of this business and found the both sales and installation staff very accommodating and helpful. The sales staff was very knowledgeable, and the installation staff answered our questions regarding the nuances of the unit. They made multiple visits to ensure a timely and professional installation We were very lucky to find this excellent company.

There is a great selection of fireplaces here with a wide price range. The staff are helpful and honest with their suggestions. I didn't feel like they were pushy/up-selling. My husband and I recently renovated our home and installed two electric fireplaces - one into a stone wall and one into a shiplap wall and we couldn't be happier with the look. The install team was professional and on time for both parts of the install. Highly recommend you check them out if you are looking for a fireplace!

We bought three fireplaces , two of them were dimplex and one of them was amanti. The salesperson was very friendly and helpful . The installers were professional, courteous and prompt. We are still waiting for a log set to come in for one of our fireplaces so i can't rate the whole experience yet but when it come in I will.
