I go to Red Barn several times a week and I'm finding that this location is really cheap on meat and other ingredients in their pre-made sandwiches. I don't notice this at other locations.

The person working at the deli rn just made the best sando I've ever had in my life. Their energy was inspiring, like all chakras open and flowing like an eternal rainbow spring. Half way through eating I felt a rush through my ears as I ascended to a place some might call heaven. There, I met a dark man who went by the name Jesus, we high-fived and I made my way back to the earth realm to finish off the rest of my wich.Four stars because a can of black beans is almost $3.

The five stars are for the fresh, made to order wraps! It was Sunday evening and I couldn’t find a decent place to eat (which was also open) within walking distance of my hotel. I was aiming for Thrifty Foods, but stumbled upon Red Barn and was so very pleasantly surprised. Didn’t have time to shop for groceries so can’t comment on that, but the custom wrap (can also be a sandwich, or in a bun) was huge, fresh, tasty and made by one of their wonderful employees. I wanted to go back for another wrap, but I was there for only three days and didn’t make it back. I wish they had Red Barn Market in Metro Vancouver. Since they don’t have it here (for now?), I will make it a point to include a stop at one of the Vancouver Island locations next time I visit.

The sandwich bars at red barn markets are gold. If you really want to get your money’s worth get a wrap, they hold a lot more good stuff than sandwiches do. The chipotle mayo and garlic mayo sauces blow my calories for the day out of the water, but are sooo good! To people who rant in their reviews about problems as though people have done it personally to them, please remember it’s not personal. Sometimes mistakes are made and sometimes people are having really hard days. It’s not personal; it’s life. I really do believe we’re all trying to do our best.

$11 for a lettuce wrap? The 'chicken bacon Cesar' wrap had one piece of bacon, one tiny slice of deli meat, and a whole head of lettuce. No dressing, just plain lettuce. Garbage. You guys fell off! Shame!

Nice store within walking distance from the wharf. Clean and neat inside with a good selection of healthy food. The cashier even had a few magic tricks for us! I should have checked the raspberries tho. When I got back to the motel I noticed a number of them were mouldy.

Absolutely garbage. Chipotle chicken Caesar comprised of a litre of chipotle mayo and 4 pieces of chicken, some soaked in chipotle mayo lettuce. Bought it for lunch and now in the garbage where it belongs. This company has completely gone downhill the last couple years.

We got 2 wraps in this location. They are pricey, but the quality felt fresh. The store is a little pricey to what I am accustom too.
