Great instructors, very friendly and welcoming environment, it was my first introduction into martial arts and now I’m hooked! Brazilian jiu jitsu is so practical, not only for self defence by also confidence in my personal life, Corey and BJJ lab helped me!

Great place to learn or enhance your BJJ, with great coaches and awesome people to hit the mat with. The techniques are taught in a step by step manner which makes it easier to learn the mechanics. This mini-community is a great place to be a part of! Look forward to it every week!

Awesome Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gym, been training here since November 2021. The people are awesome, we come from all backgrounds and age, law enforcement, Corrections, Sheriffs, EMS, First Responders, education etc. The people feel like an extended family, you always feel welcome. You'll get great opportunities to train with all levels of skill, techniques. If you ask me, I feel it's the best BJJ gym in Saskatchewan. Come check us out, we'll be glad to have you, looking forward to welcoming you to the team!
