It was a beautiful summer like day, and sitting on a terrace, having lunch, was a must. There were only a few tables taken, so we were able to select we were going to sit. After entering the premise, allowing the server to know we were there, we were presented with the A La Carte menu, the daily specials, and a wine list.What a nice selection of items. From a fried calamari entree to pizza and pasta. Since it was a first, we had a few questions. The server was a bit condescending. Not appreciated.We decided to go with the Panini sandwich, served with fries and a salad. It was a little bland for my taste, but the bread and veal were perfectly cooked. I did enjoy it.Will I go back? I'm not sure. Not because of the food but the service to 2 women in an empty restaurant should have been better. The men sitting behind us were given the servers' full attention.

My bf and I recently came here for dinner and were blown away! Very friendly and attentive service, delicious and generous sized pasta dishes and yummy homemade cannoli! We also really enjoyed their fried calamari which was nice and crisp and not oily. Highly recommend the spaghetti carbonara, the flavour was spot on! We also finished our meal with some good espresso and cappuccino, both were nice and strong.I would definitely come back for the pasta and also to try their pizza!

We both had pasta dishes, and both were excellent. The pasta was cooked perfectly, and the serving bowls kept it piping hot. We took some of each home to serve as a side for another meal. A calmari appetizer was very good, but could have been larger for the price.

It was O.K. would give 3.5 stars if I could give half's. This restaurant is in my neighborhood and always wanted to try it, got the prosciutto pizza : it was good. You can tell they are under staffed, all the waitresses were young and didn't seem too experienced. I asked for spicy oil to out on top of the pizza...it took forever to come and by the time it arrived I had one slice left. But at least the oil was actually very good, so worth the wait. Prices are good, big parking lot and cute outdoor terrasse.

I had the pleasure of dining at Maurizio recently, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! The steak and salad I ordered were both cooked to perfection and tasted absolutely delicious. The portion sizes were generous and the prices were reasonable. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, I had a fantastic time at Maurizio and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Italian restaurant.

Great Italian restaurant. The owner Maurizio is in the kitchen cooking himself with his team. The food is tasty, fresh, served hot and made with love and quality ingredients. When we went, the restaurant was almost empty so the service was quick and very nice. The portions are big so the price is fair. We loved all the dishes but the best was the carbonara. Finally a restaurant that makes it properly. The panini was also very good and the pizza had an amazing crust. I’ll be back to try more.Addition: I went back and had the same amazing experience. The ragu is devine and I had the best cannoli in my life.

Visited for the first time and it was a really good discovery. The portions are big, price is cheap for the amount of food and the flavor is really good. Service also was really good. Totally worth to go all the way to the West Island.

Food was great although the lemon cake tasted too…extra. Too creamy for my liking. The waitress ripped me off. She says coffee is for free, but she still charged me for the coffee when I paid for my meal. Turned out to be very pricey at the end.

Even though the food itself tastes decent, there are quite a lot of stuff that disappointed me. First, they are still delivering with plastic bags, which I didn't think was still possible. Second, for pasta plates that are priced at 23$ each, the portions are very small. I tried both the Linguine alla pescatora and the Penne al salmone and they were both a bit underwhelming. Although the pasta was decent, the quality of the seafood was at best the quality of frozen packaged seafood in my opinion. Third, their desserts was also disappointing. The pastry of the Natas was was chewy than flaky. It felt like they were old and refrigerated which made it not taste good. Furthermore, the amount of cinnamon was just overwhelming all the other flavours. The Cannoli on the other hand was a nice crunchy shell and a creamy filling. Unfortunately, my experience here was a miss for me, I hope I enjoy the food more the next time.
