Optimum Wellness Centres - High River

I found staff very friendly. I went twice first time I did have lazer along with other treatments. The glasses they gave me to wear during that were dirty. I did mention it, he said they cleaned them everytime. I dont think so. The next day I had the same I never even got glasses when they did the laser. The pillows they gave me to use didnt have pillow cases I dont know how they were cleaned or if the table to lay on was wiped down. During covid I think this should be done in front of you. I was asked to try the excersises he gave to me on the floor!!! Where people walk all over are you kidding me. I had a massage with my treatment that I said was hurting me couple of days later I was bruised from it. I paid $ 180 out of pocket and dont feel any better. I wont be going back.

Was a little nervous trying some where new but Chris is a great RMT - on time, professional, friendly and knowledgable. Will definitely be back !

I went in with severe headaches and Gweneth with all her expertise and knowledge was able to work on my neck shoulders back. The next morning I woke up with no headaches I was amazed! I was so grateful not to have these painful headaches anymore and able to resume normal activity!

Had a great experience here from when I called and booked an appointment to seeing Chris for a massage! Will definitely be going back here.

I've been coming to this clinic for years. Paulette and Dr.Wellbourn have always been so wonderful to work with. I've seen a couple of their message therapists too. They are awesome with getting people in same day if needed, they direct bill insurance, work as a team to help their patients. I always will recommend them.

Nate Vallinayagam is an amazing physiotherapist who literally cured my aching neck, that chain reacted with my shoulder blade and back. Nate needed to use 2 laser treatments in one week back in April 2022. Still cured! Can’t thank Nate enough! Haven’t felt this pain free in the last 30 years. I was only 19 years old when I got whiplash and pain was a way of life. Nate cured me!

This place is amazing.Carolina, you are wonderful.Her tecnique and deep tissue massage made all the difference. I highly recommend and definitely be returning.
