Most amazing staff and always a wonderful experience at Peoples in Chinook Mall.All the staff are incredible and the manager is absolutely fabulous and accommodating. They’re always friendly, great deals too and they contact me with sales which is super convenient. And seriously the best warranty you can get, I’m very hard on my jewelry and never have an issue with repairs or replacement. I definitely recommend this People’s location, nothing but positive experiences and amazing deals and great people.

I had the absolute pleasure to see Lona to buy my one and only engagement ring. Firstly, I need to start by saying thank you so much for such amazing service. I was very new to this and Lona went above and beyond to provide me an exception experience. Fast forward a few months later and I have had to come back to exercise our warranty… thankfully Lona had provided us with warranty and without that it would’ve have been quite expensive. I will always come back to see her!

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience..I waited a long .. for the moment when they greeted me. As soon as I opened my mouth to explain what I want to find, the worker turned to an elderly woman who stuck her next question into our conversation.Maybe the old woman was looking for their product more expensive than what I was looking for, so they did not want to serve me, it's still not nice!

Lona was the wonderful lady who helped me with my purchases when I was there. She was very accommodating and so helpful and friendly she made shopping there a blast! I definitely will be coming back to the Chinook mall location!
