Honestly, I dont know the name of the lady who did the grooming but she did the best..my pets is so hairy and she was so gentle with my puppy and i was so tensed how he would be after grooming but i was so stunned seeing him..my pet usually don’t allow anyone to touch his hands and legs ..but she was having so much patience and handled him very well..I really appreciate ur efforts.

The people were accommodating however I did not find my dog's haircut to be professional at all. Also my dog was very perfumed when I picked him up. We took him for a swim to get the scent off him.

Cuddle Cravers Dog Bath
Honestly used to love this place but today I am not happy at all. Dropped my dog off for an appt, almost 3 hours later I called to see what was going on, I was told they sent a text to me but I didn't go through... So instead of calling me like they said they would they just left it. 100% the last time I'm going there. I will say they do great work but I'm furious over the fact that I waited directly outside the building for 1.5 hours after my dog was done and noone called me.

Took my dog here for the first time, for a groom. She's a 75-lb doodle who isn't aggressive, but doesn't love being groomed. She came out looking and smelling great! Usually after a groom, one visit to the dog park and she's back to smelling like, well, dog. Whatever shampoo or products they use here, the smell lasts a good few days after! We will be going back.

We have been going there for 4 years and they were great till we took our golden retrievers in the winter and it took them over 3 hours to bath them. We took them back in today and it was four hours. It used to take an hour to a hour and a half. They have now lost a client and there was another ladyThat said she was not going back also because the time taken.
