Dr. Captan is incredible. He is attentive, patient, and keen. He goes above and beyond, and is more than willing to search for additional information or refer to other specialists when applicable.

Poor understanding of the impact of violent trauma on the rectum. Very poor ability to follow up and assigned case back to my GP who asked me to return to see Dr Sulmanian. Tremendously disappointed.

Dr. Game had me on to high dose of blood thinners that almost landed me in the hospital for blood transfusions!! They have no care for people or their health. Stay far away far away from this clinic.

I had an appointment today with Dr. Mowad Benguzzi and was extremely happy. Very thorough and helpful Dr that took his time with reviewing my health history. Very caring, highly suggest.

I wasn't sure what to expect on my first visit here today, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The office was bright and welcoming and the staff were quick to greet me and get me set up. I waited a little bit past my appointment time for the doctor, but I understand how easy it is to get behind working in a medical office so it was no issue at all. The staff kept me apprised, assured me I would be seen soon, and I was. I have a lot of medical trauma and anxiety and so I was very nervous to meet the doctor, but from the moment he came out to bring me back, Dr. Chea radiated warmth and compassion. He did not once rush me or cut me off, listened to all of my concerns, and seemed to have a good understanding of trauma-informed care when he examined me. He took all of my concerns to heart while we came up with a treatment plan and truly made me feel like the most important member of my healthcare team. For the first time in a very long time, I left a medical appointment feeling empowered and like things might just take a turn for the better. Thank you, Dr. Chea! Your compassion is truly appreciated. The system could use more doctors with your approach to patient care!

If Dr. H's assistant Beth doesnt like you, she will select appointment times to purposely annoy the doctor (ie on days that make NO sense for the doctor). Saying something to the manager" made it SO much worse- in fact Dr.H left a NASTY voicemail for me blaming me for Dr.Hs inability to attend multiple appointments HER assistant set. Not to mention I had to do everything in regards to my BW

I have nothing but good things to say about Vibe and the hematology department. The parking for Vibe is just down the back alley and is located in the Vibe Apartment lot always a spot open!

Their communication with patient can be off kilter and at times non existent. I know someone who has been waiting months for treatment with 0 communication from vibe, called them today and they had information that could be vital for their patient but wasn't shared for weeks, probably months.

Every time I went there, I had to wait for over an hour. What's the point of making an appointment? Never answered to my email, inquiry through the website, phone calls. The doctor was fine but Not going back. Won't waste my time.
