Good sushi, and it is a good sushi we tried in Vancouver/ Richmond. Service and staff are very nice, it didn't take long for our order since it is a small place and we weren't in the busy hours. There were only a few tables there, most people just carrying out than dine-in. It is a good sushi for a hole on the wall place, we almost did not want to try because the place looks like a storage room, but we are glad we did.

our go to place for sushi! small but very friendly and fresh sushi place. the owner is super nice and the quality of the food there is amazing. have been going there for a few years now . they also offer sushi cake which I ordered for my grandma and it was SO NICE , my whole family was surprised and loved it! service is always good and food is always fresh

It is cheaper than other places for a reason. I did take out. I use sushi garden as a reference point as it is quite popular in Vancouver.The size of everything is much smaller than sushi garden and smaller than other sushi restaurants too.The only good size ones were actually most of the nigiri sushi, small rice, bigger fish.Small is not the biggest issue. The salmon sashimi was not defrost. I drove 45 mins home and it was still not defrost...The dynamite Roll is different... It had shrimp pieces, not deep fried, instead of whole deep fried shrimps inside.Overall, it was a disappointing meal.

Special rolls are still $10! This is a pre-covid price! It is a small place but it was crazy busy. I suggest to order ahead. Or else you have to wait. Yup. Wait. But good food have to wait. So call at least an hour ahead.The rolls were awesomely good and presented. Totally didn't expect to get from this price. It is definitely high quality and fresh.They have different type of sashimi and offer in a huge platter. I believe it is fresh straight from Japan.Sushi lovers also offer sushi cake which is wonderfully assembled. If someone doesn't like sweet, this is something that can be use for substitution.For overall, this place is definitely a sushi gem in Richmond. Order in advance and you can enjoy tasty sushi/sashimi without breaking your bank.

One of my go-to take out Japanese restaurants. The restaurant only has a few tables, so it's best to order takeout. Fish are always fresh, and they have special seafood items from Japan. They also do sushi birthday cakes. Make sure you order in advance and not the same day.

This place never disappoints me. I love the freshness of the sashimi and their generous size of each piece. Each roll has a flavourful crunch to it making you wanting more. The taste is always consistent. They have a small limited indoor seating but my preference is to order takeout. Plan ahead. This place can get really busy for takeout during the holidays or certain celebratory days like Mother & Father's day or Valentines day etc.

We are regulars here and we usually order salmon sashimi, salmon belly sashimi, salmon oshi, and nigiris. Do try the different nigiris, they are charged per piece but they are worth it! We tried the oysters yesterday and found them really sweet and fresh. The only downside is that there are only 3 tables so you usually end up having to wait if you want to dine in. Cannot accommodate large groups also.
