Came to this place because of the positive reviews ended up losing Calvin Klein blazer and only reimbursed 40% of cost. I expected better as they work with expensive and high quality products. Terrible service and experience.

My girlfriend had her good wool sweater dry cleaned there and they destroyed it. They shrunk it 3 or 4 inches and left huge holes in the sleeves. Will never go back.

She literally charged me for no reason. Rude owner and staff.I brought my clothes To her by my friends recommendation which was a huge mistake cuz most of my clothes are brand name clothing , I should have brought them my cheap clothes so if they got ruined I did not care,they charged me more than 300$ Which they gave me estimation of 100$ or more not triple the price!!!! She literally gave me my dirty unwashed clothes back and charged me for,and she even damaged my clothes and gave me stupid reasons why the stains didn't come off. The stains on my clothes were foundation sweat and balsamic stains which I showed them and double checked if they could get them off and they said yes. This laundry shop doesn't even worth one star I should have gave them 1 star to post my rating otherwise.... I don't even know how this lady is running a business in Canada!!!. My advice Don't give them your clothes cuz u have to pay for unwashed ruined cloth and the owner would not even say sorry for damaging your clothes and charges u double or triple the amount of all the other high end cleaners.they are literally stealing ppls money they are THIEVES for real.

very amiable owner and the exterior recently got a modern makeover. Price is right and nothing much to complain about. The owner also does alterations! Would recommend

I've been going here for over 2 years and I've have nothing but exceptional service from this place. I know that the owners have change since last year, but I've gotten to know David and he's very courteous and polite. I've had no issues with any of my items getting cleaned (mostly dress shirts). I highly recommend this place!

I took my kids winter jacket there to repair a loosen elastic rope at the bottom of it. the loosen end needs to go back into the layers and rethreaded so it can pull the bottem of the jacket tight. i understand the amount of work and the male staff called me 2 two days later for an repair fee 25 dollars, which i thought was a bit high compare to the tailor I used somewhere else. but if they did it with quality it would be OK. So I asked to confirm the price couple times on the phone.however when i picked up the jacket the price was 39 before tax. i told the female staff we were agreed on the phone with 25 otherwise i wouldnt agree to do the repair there. she didnt believe me and didnt even bother to check it with the other staff.that was very unprofessional of doing an estimate then charge in a much different price. thats not how you run business. if you found more work needs to be done, you do it and adjust your estimate strategy next time by hornor the contract that agreed upone by both parties. if you really need to adjust the contract, you need to at least info the other party before you continue. isnt that simple business rule?this shop failed to honor the estimated price and failed to give me notice of the price adjustment. And most importantly, when there was a final chance to make it right when I picked up, they failed to correct it.I would give only 1 star for the repair work itself otherwise it is a firm 0. Stay away from this cleaner.

Claimed they never use bleach but they still see large spots of white all along my $100 dress that look clearly like bleach. Manager was very unapologetic about issue and escalated the issue till the police. Ridiculous and horrible experience. Would never recommend.
