I had a Marie Antoinette clock for quite a few years from new but it never worked properly. It would stop or run either slow or fast. But a quick call to Nathan and in less than a week it came back perfect!! Really delighted with this service and totally recommend!

shoddy servicecleaned and serviced my Vienna Regulator, when he brought the clock back the pendulum had been chucked in a carrier bag with the movement leaving a nasty scratch on the face of the pendulum, also a part in the movement, a balance spring i think, can't be sure was left loose making it nigh on impossible to set the time, have now given it to i've had to pay twice to fix my clock lynsey howell (This is not a fake review it is the truth and I will swear to it in a court of law)
