FedEx OnSite

Delivered to the wrong address, a package for my infant. Theres no way to track it - as theres no number - just the Order Number from the Store - who directed me to Fedex confirming they did Deliver to wrong address.You try to call FedEx - cant get through - it's all computerized, not real people. It would be Amazing and Awesome to actually talk to a human being - get a hold of the worker who can't read and dropped it off at the wrong address.It's not hard to read the address or numbers on houses. They might want to go back to Public School before you get a job first. Great job, now my infant doesn't get his package. Thanks...
