They have a good selection of stuff and the staff seem nice. I don't exactly know what charity they're for, but apparently they feed homeless people. When I had an issue with a piece of clothing they refunded it no problem. It's a shame that they're open such limited hours, though (if you have a full-time job you might not get a chance to go here).

Good spot to find second-hand clothing for a decent price. Every once in awhile they get some cool costumes or themed clothing. Staff is friendly and helpful. This is not a wheelchair friendly/accessible space

Great location; right in front of Charlevoix station, great selection, and tons of unique items with low prices. What a lovely place!

Went there and felt wildly unwelcome. The few items I was interested in were not for sale for some reason. When I offered to donate a beautiful wooden table and 4 chairs and asked for guidelines on the donation process, I was talked to in a rude manner, basically as if the person in charge didn’t want me to donate there… very disappointing experience especially since I wanted to donate!

Not worth going there for a thrift trip but cool to stop by if you’re in the neighborhood

Stumbled upon this by pure accident. They have some pretty good stuff it's a thrift store like any other so a little patience, luck and open mind. The two store workers I encountered there greeted me and were very nice. Got myself a sweet antique metal plate for my home bar - been looking for 2 years in regular stores and then I just saw the perfect one in Berger! And probably less than I'd pay at a big box although 15$ at a thrift store is more than I thought I'd pay. One person's trash is another's treasure.A lot of sets of dishes and cups, etc. More than I've seen at other thrift shops and actual full sets.

It’s a collectibles haven, especially on the second floor, great clothes selection and some pricier vintage furniture than those downstairs but the quality differentiates this thrift store from many others. The store manager is helpful and makes you feel very welcomed.

Worssstttttt place I even don't wanna give one star ,,,racist people there was white old man in the store and he was rude and not organized he was assuming all the price and very expensive ...very bad place it's not an organization or thrift store it is fake scamstore where they take things in donation and sell on high prices I think if people want to give free furniture they should post on Facebook or give it in church where they help people for free and helps in resettlement....the man was so racist that he was asking why you cMe here to buy furniture how many years you have been in Canada and asking if you are living here since long time why you don't have furniture he was totally rude and RACIST that I knew later as he didn't even help in any other.he didn't want me to buy furniture
