WaveDirect Telecommunication

Kim was great to deal with - very professional and excellent communicator. Our service was installed quickly and (even in the cold weather) the techs were great to deal with too.

We have been using Wave Direct since 2014. Our property is heavily treed area, and were looking for a solution to provide reliable internet as we work from home. Wave Direct has been supporting us through any challenges we have faced through the years. Their customer service is excellent at triaging our needs over the phone, or if necessary, sending a technician out on site in very short turn around.

Some 17 or 18 years ago, we were pleasantly suprised that Wave Direct was going to be supplying our neighbourhood with wireless high speed internet. This was a wonderful move up from our only option at the time, dialup. Since then they have invested in their network which now delivers up to a 1GB fiber service that has proven to be very dependable. I strongly recommend Wave Direct. Thank you.

I have been with Wave direct now for almost 4 years. I would like to say I am very happy with their service. Since the fibre I have not had any issues. When having to call customer service or the IT department , they are very nice to deal with ,always pleasant and very helpful.

Initially very happy with WaveDirect and their support when setting up the internet services. Until weeks later when I noticed the internet was only showing 1-16mbs when I paid for 25! Contacted them, they worked on it, a week later and it was back to being throttled down to 1-16Mbs. Said to cancel the service since they’re SCAMMERS. Now giving me and my wife a very hard time and expecting us to pay for a service they did not supply. Scammers.

Wave direct has always been an amazing company to deal with. From the friendly represetatives who answer the phone to the techs who are there to help with solutions. Easy to get ahold of and prompt service to help and suggest solutions for my needs. Always go the extra mile with coming out on a weekend to follow up without even having to book an appointment! Wonderful company to deal with. They truly value their customers

Worst service imaginable.Where to begin......We started with Wave Direct about two years ago.At least twice a week since we joined, we completely lose service.Wave Directs solution is turning it off and on again! We must have done this a thousand times. Our service has never improved, even after, at the suggestion of one of their tech guys, we increased our plan to a more expensive plan.Still have the same problems.I have just been on the phone with them three times in the last hour, now they are telling me Someone higher up will call me in two days. So we have no internet for the whole weekend..... What a joke of a company. If they cant provide a good service then they shouldn't be taking my money. Funny thing is if you miss a payment, they shut your service of immediately, but its fine for me to wait two days whilst I'm paying for something they ARE NOT giving me.Avoid at all costs!

Both representatives were pleasant, professional and are wonderful representatives for WaveDirect.Thank you very much. Life saver with grandchildren at our trailer.

From sign up to service WaveDirect has hit it out of the park. Their customer service is always on point. I highly recommend their internet package, it will not disappoint. They are easy to reach without crazy long wait times.
