Extremely disappointed. Sylvie left a pin inside a cloth diaper (that she didn’t even repair as she didn’t have proper materials) that I put on my child NUMEROUS times before it poked out of the elastic in the back where she had unstitched and covered. When I messaged her about this, she blocked me on Facebook messenger. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I would have never thought to check a diaper she didn’t actually repair. But prior to deciding she couldn’t do it, she had obviously messed with it and put a haphazard solution so she didn’t need to resew it. The pin was completely inaccessible unless you undid stitches.More disappointing backstory: I brought Sylvie 10 cloth diapers to fix after being quoted “$5 per elastics”. Given the “s” on elastic one would assume that’s $5/the two inner leg elastics that make a cloth diaper functional.Upon entry, Sylvie asked me to come inside her shop and I had to remind her that she should wear a mask if I enter.Upon receipt of my diapers she said she didn’t know if she had the proper elastics to repair Charlie bananas (as they are adjustable elastics), so she fixed only 4 apple cheeks and tested a new thinner elastic on one Charlie banana brand. While removing these elastics she put numerous holes in the waterproof PUL fabric so it is now destroyed, and the test elastics don’t stay tight so it was a complete waste.She then told me it would cost $50 for 5 diapers after repairing them because it was $5 for each elastic (singular, not plural). I paid her as I just wanted my diapers back. STAY AWAY. She clearly takes zero ownership in his mistakes and shows no concern whatsoever for having endangered my child.

I was in a jam for time with my wedding dress. The seamstress took care of it in no time. The work was impeccable and the price was cheaper than the quote I got at the point of sale.Julie

She is amazing... such an awesome person with a huge talent! She has magic fingers with materials. She does an amazing job in sewing everything she repairs or make! Always consider her for futur repairs or making of clothing!
