The people were so rude I applied for a job and I went for an interview but the manager was laughing behind the register because I was older but she doesn't know that I have more experience than all of them togheter and then some I saw the way they dress and take care of the customers it was discustingGood luck

By far the best service I've EVERRRR had. I had called to reserve a pair of pants that I was looking to get and immediately over the phone I felt very welcome.Stepping into the store was great, it was a quick stop & buy but during the time I was there I felt very comfortable, the sales person gave me tips on how to take care of my Elwood x25 Royal Tartan. No doubt about it, I'm forever a fan of the Gstar brand thanks to that sales person. If anyone says anything otherwise they're talking crap!

BUYERS BEWARE...Poor customer service....I purchased a pair of jeans for $300 CAN and when I got home I noticed it had some holes where the security tags have been removed. I took it back the next day and the manager there was very rude he almost wanted to fight me so I would leave since I was not having that he could not exchange it. After that I sent an email to G-Star and they replied every so often, they asked me to send pictures and the tags were still attached but after a while they stopped replying and there was no way to get a hold of them since they location near my home was permanently closed. It's such a big surprise that they shut down, probably because they have become a quick money grab. I did not even want my money back just a new pair of jeans. This was in West Edmonton Mall the big mall in North America.

WOW! INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!and by incredible, I mean DEPLORABLE... Walked in to be absolutely Ignored, walked past the sales guy there, and not even a Hello, like he assumed I couldn't afford a pair of jeans there or something... then I walked past the female working there...not sure she even KNEW knew she was working!!.. .On her phone the whole time... walked past her 4 times...nothing...Something's missing!!!I decided to go to the Mirabel Outlets and spent roughly $1000 at Diesel and Surplus instead...

Like everyone else mentioned this store doesn’t disappoint in giving worst service. Whenever anyone enters the store while I was there I the felt same thing as if everybody is disturbing them.

Bought 4 items and wanted to return 1. ToMy surprise even with the jeans still folded from the store, tags, within 7 days, full priced item, only a store credit received. Cashier was talking about law, the little mini sign under cash, also told me he didn’t care about customer service. Sad!!Sad to see no answer, I guess company culture is what was seen in store.

POOR TO INSULTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't make the mistake of purchasing anything from this store. If you like G-star clothes, buy them online. The return / exchange policies are transparent online. At the store, there is no mention that items cannot be returned until after you make the payment and its stated on the bill that REFUNDS are not possible. only store credit or exchange. The policy isn't the problem, it's completely ok that they choose to manage their store like this. The fact that they do not disclose it until the payment is made is the problem.Also, the woman who works the front of the store is the reason this store would go under. She is cold, belittling and talks down to you as if you're a peasant. Asking for assistance is responded by sighs and eye rolling. WOULD DEFINETELY NEVER RECOMMEND THE STORE - SHOP ONLINE!!! THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!
