The Canvas Barbershop | Markham

My first experience at this barbershop was with Ahmed and I was very impressed with his work cutting my hair. From then on, he's been my go-two barber for a fresh fade and cut. Ahmed is a great young guy with many years of experience, who tailors his experiences towards each individual client. The barbershop overall is extremely clean, safe and has good music in the background. Ahmed is always on time with his appointments and is very responsive. I would highly recommend Ahmed to my friends and family.

My son had a great first barber experience. Able to book online - and they were very accommodating. Justin was friendly, professional and gave helpful advice to make sure we were set up for a successful school picture day!

The staff keeps changing constantly and I see this as a big problem. I don't want to switch lawyer, doctor and barber frequently. BEWARE!! Seems they are also onboarding some new talents who are going to train" on your hair

I decided to try them out this past labour day weekend. All the barber shops in town that i called were booked solid because it's back to school.l It was last minute and I had an event to attend Even though they were very busy the gentleman got me in with a barber right away. The service was excellent and both my fade and shave were very clean and done right. I will be going back a second time.

Booked an appointment with Moe at 10:15 and received the confirmation email. Showed up 5 minutes prior to the appointment and waited until 10:30 but no one showed up and the store was not even open. I tried to call the store but I can literally watch the phone ringing through the window and there’s no voicemail set up.If they had contacted me before my arrival I would not have left this one star review. This is my first appointment with them and I know it will be the last one. For people who have used their service before and had a good experience, I would not recommend booking at the Markham store as it appears to be closed.

Great services. Max cut my hair and he did an excellent job, gave me exactly what I asked for. Max knows exactly what he’s doing and does his job very well. The fade was perfect. Highly recommend him when you book.

I went to the canvas barbershop for the first time and was beyond satisfied with my haircut. Justin was the barber who took care of me. He was extremely professional and personable. Out of all the different barbers I’ve been too in my life I can safely say Justin is one of the very best. I left the barbershop feeling clean and confident thanks to Justin and his barbering skills.
