I was able to come in without an appointment/booking. They were able to do the oil change within 1 hour of me arriving, and i was on my way. Their staff is very knowledgeable and do their job thoroughly. It's a very busy location, so don't be surprised if you can't get booked in due to high volumes. I would definitely recommend this location for your oil change needs. The location was very clean as well and included complimentary coffee.

Needed a quick oil change while traveling long distance. They helped us and kept a fair price and inspection. Replaced our front light as well and let us know of things to check once we returned home. Would highly recommend! They worked with us despite the slight language barrier. :)merci!

My family and I were in Quebec for a week-long trip. On our last day of travels through Quebec, we began our trip home. Traveling from Baie-Saint-Paul to Toronto was a 9+ hour drive. The vehicle began to run into vibration issues and a few warning lights went off, including check engine and VSC, this vibration felt like the engine was misfiring. This was just around the Quebec City area. I pulled off the highway and parked in a mall parking lot, looked up the closest auto mechanic and went to Pneus & Mecanique.After explaining our situation we were informed there was no opening available to look at our vehicle or we could leave it overnight and find accommodations. Nothing wrong with that and completely understandable. I am giving two stars because of the following:I am familiar with the auto mechanic industry as we have family who are auto mechanics. After informing me they had no availability, I asked if they could do a reading on my vehicle for the OBD error code so I could better gauge the safety of continuing to drive back to Toronto (another 8+ hours) or to find accommodations while the vehicle would be in repair. They informed me that it would be a charge of ~$60 to perform the diagnostics and find the OBD code. I did not complain, I agreed to the charge and they provided me a reading and the error code. Should have been free......Nothing is free, all they could offer was an error code for ~$60. Something that is relatively quick to do, doesn't fix anything, requires very little work, and may provide just that little extra peace of mind/understanding of the issue. Not even 5 minutes of their time.
