Why don't the designers have their own phone numbers and businesscards . Tried desperately to phone sturdy design on Thursday to cancel a appointment to meet Carrie as we had a medical emergency and we were at a hospital in Calgary. The only phone# shown on Stiurdyco is the owner and all we could get is her voicemail as she wasn't there. Do you not have anybody like a receptionist to answer a phone? I was upset that Carrie would have gone to meet us and we weren't there. Tried the phone # again Friday with same result.
