CAUTION ever doing business with this company and having them manage your property. Accounting practices are atrocious!!!. They delayed for months giving us financials. Double billed us, Paid vendors that did not provide services to us and did not attend scheduled meetings. This problem goes all the way to the top and not just our property manager which changed multiple times.4 years ago they were amazing and gave a 5 star review. Sadly things have changed.Very quick to reply to emails.Personable Polite and respectful to all council members.Detailed

One of the worst property management company I have spoken to. If you cannot afford to keep a good receptionist please close down your offices. They only operate on emails. In my first call ever to them the receptionist told “ please donot bother to call back, we will contact you ourselves if required”. I recommend never to use their service

I am not sure how Pacific Quorum has such high reviews. We've had over 4 different property managers since March of this year (it's been 6 months). PQ has approved payments without Strata approval, they have overpaid payments and HAVE NOT REIMBURSED US, and we are on average 2 - 3 months late for our monthly financials. It is now September, and we only have the monthly financial from June. We are a small apartment building with only 30 units. Perhaps they give better service to rentals or larger buildings, but from what we experienced, I have never dealt with such incompetencies at every level of their company; we have dealt with their accounting managers and even the VP. Their online system is also very antiquated. You cannot view more than one month of financial statements (for some reason, the previous ones are deleted from their portal), there is no communication method on their webpage, and the website honestly looks like it's from 1995. If you are looking through reviews to see if you should switch to PQ, I highly encourage you to ask your local Facebook community group or your apartment neighbours, and question the 5 star ratings here. I would never purchase another apartment if it was managed by PQ.

We live in one of their managed" properties and trying to reach this company by either phone or Tim is impossible. For the amount we pay for their services and the damages that are constantly not being addressed I think it's time to reevaluate the use of their service."

Very good customer service. I had an incident in mybuilding and was able to connect with someone rightaway over email. Shane Toews, the strata manager, did10/10 service and was very prompt with returningemails. My concerns were even forwarded to the nextstrata council meeting. All in all my concerns weretaken to heart and I have some peace of mind after theincident that occurred in my residence.

March 2023 update. Service progressively downhill. Not even worth 1 star.July 2022 Update,Downgrading to 2 stars. Has nothing to do with mentioned property manager, except since his departure as our property manager, well no more stars deserved.Fantastic Service, I am (being on strata council) amazed how the staff, Strata Property Manager (Shoeb) can remember all the tasks requested from our strata (Vernazza), let alone all the other properties he manages. The office staff (back room support) are equally supportive as well. Does this mean there is never" oversights

I sent a document request to our original property manager, Ciprian Floroaie in September, but in the meantime our property manager changed to Deborah Buttar, and the new property manager treated the document request as if it didn't exist. Since my document request was not fulfilled I requested a strata council hearing, which was ignored.I sent the request again to Deborah Buttar in October, and she fulfilled only part of it, and then forced me to come to their office to pick up the requested documents. When I went to their office there was a stack of almost 100 pages waiting for me, only 4 of which I'd requested, and still the request was not fulfilled since the rest of the stack did not include what I'd requested.We are in January now and I still have not received copies of the requested documents.

We’ve been with PQ for a long time. The previous manager (Vancouver location) was good and would respond emails in time. The new one Aric, however, is horrible at responding to emails or calls. I sent him emails about possible animal activities on my roof 9 days ago, no responses. So I filed a service request through the portal, this one got instant response saying “I have received your email previously and am talking about the issue with Council.”Alright, so I asked to keep me posted. No response.After a week, it would be only reasonable to ask for an update right? No response.We called this place 8 times no one picked up the call.At this point I’m not even hoping for them to resolve the issue, just any kind of response would be fine. So frustrated.I hope no one else would experience this.

Terrible Service all around. You always get a voicemail but they never return the call. For 2 weeks now even emails have been ignored. And I've just been trying to have my strata fees charged to my account for weeks now. Gone uncharged for over two months now with no reason why. Is anyone working there? At least they should notice account discrepancies.And my building manager is a joke I wouldn't name names but he assured me it was resolved after the 1st month via email but here we are.The Surrey Office is the worst. Do they eat and sleep all day? Voicemail everyday. Clearly I'm super frustrated right now. So pathetic.

EDIT: after 23 phone calls, a few voice mails, and getting bounced around they finally took it seriously and got it done. it shouldn't be like this but at least no consequences.About to put my client in breach of contract. Our office ordered necessary forms on November 24th 2022 to complete a transaction on December 5th. We set the due date for December 2nd to ensure we'd have the forms in advance. This company sent their requirements for providing the forms to us on the due date at nearly 3PM in the afternoon on the 2nd. We sent back the required documentation over the weekend with a note advising that we would need documents on the 5th as early as possible to not be in breach of contract. The person in that department leaves a message saying that they will get it back to us by the end of the day --- which will be too late. They will not pick up the phone. They do not care about their responsibilities or the consequences of their failure to perform.
