Rented a U-Haul from this place- found 2 men sitting behind their cash desk without looking up to greet or provide any customer service. A lady walked in behind me who was also Caucasian and they asked me if she was with me and when I said no the older ( presumably owner ) rolled his eyes before walking up to greet her. When I called before hand asking which plaza they were in as google maps brought me yo the wrong location he just said “not that plaza” and sighed loudly.

I was called at midnight the night before a 8 am pickup and advised of a location check (extra mileage for me including inconvenience). Online check-in system on date of was a joke. It isnt a time saver as promised. Prepare for final charges that are double what you thought they'd be. Not worth it.
