Bell

Visiting my folks. They are paying a mint for Bell's 5G internet. This is what they're getting (with a 55 second wait-to-connect with each data request).Continuing to post screenshots of just how horrendous the 5G service is through the wee hrs of the next morning and afternoon.

Other then my first cellphone that I bought from what I thought was a bell kiosk (a huge mistake) I have used cedar point exclusively. They have have without exception been very kind and considerate. I have the ability to screw up my cell phone regularly and they have always been more than happy to fix it. The young men and women there are the best

Had an issue with our new phones while on a trip up to the Cottage. The lady at this store was very helpful and able get my phone working without charging me! Friendly service.

Had a very good experience with Dan at this location. He was both patient and informative. His customer service skills are excellent. Deserving of 5 stars.

Met with Dan at the store to set up Internet and Cable, all the staff where friendly and welcoming and had a great experience. Dan gave me a great plan and saved me some money switching over from another provider. He even gave me a call after my services where set up to make sure everything went smoothly. Top notch service from the folks at Cedar Pointe, highly would recommend over other stores.

We were asked to leave this store. My husband is down to one hearing aid the mask pulls on his hearing aid preventing him from hearing anything at all. I was wearing a mask and I explained for medical reasons my husband is hearing impaired he can not wear a mask. We were both asked to leave. The sign on their door says that there are medical exceptions. We were not standing close. And there is the clear protective Shields in front of the people working in the store. I honestly thought that the Ontario laws, accessibility laws, and dealing with covid-19 enough that people would still put customers first. This is the first Bell store that we have ever had an issue. I'm We have dealt with bell stores all across Ontario

Bit of a wait, overall great service and staff go out of their way to order phone products for you and set up your services flawlessly.

Dan, apparently the manager of this location, was extremely rude while trying to help me change some of the plans around. Instead of taking the time to sit down and explain the process, what parts need to be done in store vs. online, he yelled at me for trying to come up with a solution to complete the process online and then hung up the phone on me. I then called back to try to find out more about the process (hoping to get another associate), and got him again. This time he took the time to listen to what I wanted and I was able to get clarity. The entire time he tried to rush through the conversation, even unwilling to help locate a local store, or go through what help Bell can offer through their customer service lines vs. the changes you can do in store, and then put me on hold again for 5 min. When he answered the phone, I went to say hello and then hung up on me again. It was so disappointing as earlier that week I was coordinating with an employee named Zach who was absolutely amazing. I would suggest talking to anyone else at that store except Dan. Ive never had such a disappointing experience.

This Bell went put of their way to help my friend. Their doors were not locked. Went to Mapleview store doors locked and really not willing to help. Nevef go there again to Mapleview
