A Action Towing and Recovery

I called the A Action today to tow my car to my mechanic.They were very helpful and courteous. I had a flat and needed the car to be towed immediately.I work full time, Addy was an amazing person. He made sure that the car was towed without disturbing my work day.The customer service is exceptional and great problem solvers.I will be using them again.

Roads had just iced over and I slid into the ditch on a Sunday night. AAction came up on Google search, gave precise instructions, were there quickly and pulled my car out. I was given a ride to my destination and the car towed to their yard (I was leery about this until I made calls to my insurance call centre and the police). Called the next morning, they met me at the police reporting station with the car then drove me and the car to my repair shop. The towing/storage bill (approx. $900 + hst) was handed to the repair shop and that's was it. Very professional and did what they said they'd do.

Just wanted to say how pleased I was with the tow service received the other day. I had called because my car had broken down on the side of the highway and was in a bad spot on the Qew. Thanks to A action and to the professional tow driver who helped me to safety. I felt safe and out of harms way. These guys were quick to respond & their tow rates were very reasonable. no complaints. Thanks again!

Super Quick and help certainly goes much above and beyond expectations. Above all something that's hard to find is exceptional customer service .Thanks a lot Mr Tattoo Willium for being there and save me with family from freezing cold.

It is a biggest ripoff…They told us one rate when they come to tow our truck but on the end bill come up 3 times more .I would block their number and recommend not to use them .

Gary Demedeiros comes in like a firing bullet for a car breakdown with his tow truck. In 20 seconds, he jumpstarts the car and the car runs perfectly. Highly recommend this guy! Quick and professional!

I had a great experience with A Action's driver, John D! He picked up myself and my vehicle from the highway after an accident and couldn't be more helpful. First thing he did was make sure everyone was okay before asking about a tow. He then assisted me with next steps and was a calming influence every step of the way!

A Action was the towing company that moved my car when I was hit from behind on Lakeshore in Oakville. The tow truck driver was very kind, asked about my injuries and talked me through where my car would go, etc. When I was going to get my things from my car, the people in the office were again, very kind, helpful and friendly. They talked to me about how the insurance adjusters work and what the process is as I didn't know. I hope to never be in a situation to need their services again - but if I was, I would be happy to call upon them.

I would 100% recommend to anyone!! I was in my first major accident on the weekend and as you could imagine was very overwhelmed and upset. But A Action's driver Mike was a godsent!! He was very friendly and made me feel way less stressed about the entire situation, towed my car to where it needed to go and walked me through what steps were next in terms of my vehicle. Absolutely recommend. My wife's truck stopped suddenly in the middle of a busy intersection at noon. She called me and I put tools in my car and headed to her. Aaron from AAction Towning had seen the truck in the intersection and decided to stop by. When I arrived Aaron was parked in the lane behind her. He arrived and put on his safety lights to alert the traffic and mark the scene. I arrived several minutes later. The vehicle was always dealer serviced and I suspected something minor. I thanked him and he told me he would have to call for a set of dolly wheels if I wanted a tow. He looked surprised when I said I had tools in my car and wanted to look under the hood. As a knowledgeable car buff as well, we together went back and forth on what could be wrong. Within 5 minutes we figured out what was wrong. Seems a rodent chewed up the new air filter and some of the filter was plugging a sensor that was critical to keep the engine running. It was going to be difficult and potentially unsafe to cross the traffic due to the traffic and get the tools out of my car, so Aaron went back to his truck and brought out some tools. In 15-20 minutes, all fixed and we moved safely off the road escorted by his lights off of the busy street and into a parking lot. In the parking lot I offered to pay for his services. He said it was not necessary, and that it was nice to meet someone with an interest in cars. We talked about cars for a while and then we agreed that I would pay the favour forward to someone else. Thanks to Aaron for his help today. It was very enlightening to experience help from someone who put safety and helping out a fellow car buff first.
