TD Canada Trust ATM
Operating hours on Saturday are 9am till 4pm. The staff turn up at 8:57am and then rudely presume to tell me they are not open. I mentioned that in your window you open at 9 am so I’m 3 minutes early. I was told you have to wait because we are late, even though I see them in no rush getting ready for opening hours. As I had to pay a government bill I sadly had to wait. Service level from opening staff is poor, with terrible forms of communication. Junior staff inside is good. TD I think teaching just the basic manners to some of your senior staff would be great. Thank you. Sent in good faith.
