Have used their services for both residential and commercial. Barry the owner was knowledgeable and worked with me to stay within my budget on the commercial side. Albeit with a little bit of luck once we opened up some walls as part of a large renovation. But mostly because he came up with a work around that was not only innovative but more cost effective. The residential work was done by his less senior staff but with equal attention to detail and quality. Definitely recommend and will use them again.

Positive Plumbing (PP) installed a couple of toilets for us about a month ago. The service was great and the plumbers (technicians?) who came were conscientious and friendly. The job was well done. A few weeks later we noticed that one of the toilets had a small defect…. There was a spot where the underlying ceramic was showing through the porcelain coating. It was pretty small and I originally mistook it for a glob of caulk, until I tried to remove it. I contacted PP about the defect not really expecting to much to come of it. Barry responded within a day, to say that the defect, was covered under warranty. He ordered the toilet immediately and when it was available, and they had a last minute opening they booked me in, and arrived within a couple of hours. Boom done! I love that there was an immediate acceptance that the toilet was not as it should be, and that it should be replaced, and then there was no procrastination in getting the work done. We had sinks installed and other plumbing work from these guys before, and it was a great experience every time. No hesitation to recommend PP to anyone!
