It’s a little slow at taking orders sometimes and once in a while the order is wrong. But it’s really good food and an amazing place to eat and hang out after school or after work or a hockey game.

Stopped by for the wife's coffee, about 6pm asked for a bowl of chili, was informed they had none and no soups. As this was one of the first cold days of the winter season you'd think warm soup/chili would sell pretty well. Sometimes the staff can be just too lazy to do the work tho I suppose. Tim Hortons in general has certainly gone down hill.

At about 8 pm on Friday April 22nd I ordered some southwest chicken wraps which were delicious. But when I ate the second one I found a sharp piece of plastic in my mouth. I understood this was an accident and no harm was done. But I went in the next day (5pm on the 23rd) and brought the remaining wrap and the piece of plastic to show them and they simply said that they didn’t know where it came from and that they don’t use plastic near the wraps. I said that I wanted to let them know because it is an obvious safety concern and I could have choked, perhaps there was more plastic. But I was offered no apology, the lady I was speaking with didn’t seem to take the matter seriously, and she just seemed to want to brush me off effectively denying responsibility. She even asked me why the plastic was so clean if it came from the food like she was insinuating that I was lying, it was clean because I thought it was a chicken bone and wanted to be able to see what it was. Accidents happen, it’s probably nobody’s fault, but the workers there today didn’t seem to care or even accept that there was a safety concern in their location.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The staff is awful and rude . Always charge me more foods and don't understand what I want to order . I will never go this store again.

I went to their drive thru they didn’t let me finish my order and asked me to pull up to the window. Once I got to the window instead of confirming my order a lady name kris asked me what’s my nationality then she said you’re not Canadian I don’t understand what you’re saying. I’ve been to this place so many times and it has never been a problem.

Wow... even for, Tim's, this place sucked. Literally had nothing available. If you're looking for a place that says, sorry... we don't have that right now, look no further. If you do check this place out, just ask what's actually available versus placing your order. This will definitely be a time saver. Congratulations. This place nailed awful.

Slow service waited 4-5 minutes at the order counter while 2 persons worked the drive-through. I asked the students who were waiting behind me if it was always like this? They replied yes"!"

We ordered our food in the drive thru and they said yup everything’s good. When we got to the window they said they actually don’t have eggs and that it would be a 5 minute wait (we ordered 2 sandwiches with egg) then we said fine we’ll just get one without egg and change the other to something else. Then we got our food and there was no hash brown in the bag. We questioned it and they said it’ll be another 3 minute wait. This is all stuff they could have told us at the drive thru speaker.
