Rude. Just rude. I called looking for Paslode parts because everywhere I called said they were the dealers. The lady at power tools was never in but no message about when she'd be back or whatever. So I called another extension just to get info and whoever answered was a complete jerk. He wouldn't even listen to my query. I was obviously wasting his time.So I called Prime Fasteners, got the nicest lady on the phone, she had my part right there, and I picked it up that afternoon. So guess where I won't be calling again...

Fix power tools instead of replacing them! Repair power to the people!

Yesterday my Milwaukee Fuel 1/4” Impacter died in the middle of a project. That impacter was like my right arm. I love it. I called AC Pumps & Motors about it. Spoke with Holly. Since I live over an hour away I planned to come in the following day mid morning. The service was beyond awesome. They had the parts needed in stock. By mid afternoon I was on my way home with my 1/4” impacter all repaired under warranty. Im beyond thrilled with the service. Keep up the awesome work.

I brought in a motor from a vintage Dewalt GWI Radial Arm Saw to have it's bearings replaced.My first question to them was, do you have any experience with this type bearing replacement and do they have the parts" I was assured that they do and if the bearings aren't in stock they can get them.The first sign of difficulty came when I was told they didn't have a source of supply for the bearings. At which time I contacted a supplier in the U.S. and was referred to their Canadian warehouse and was able to get them delivered following day. I delivered the bearings to the shop and the motor was then ready about 90 minutes later.Powering up the saw revealed a vibration that wasn't there before

Disappointed in the customer service of this company. Originally when I inquired about a part order, the lady was kind and accommodating and told me they could get the part- I placed my order. Over a week later I still haven’t herd of a confirmation about this part so I called for an update on the status of the order, and immediately the lady got defensive saying she hasn't put it in her order que, it was 10-15 business days out if they could even get the part. Definitely not the same experience as I first called. I called another company out of town who placed the order while on the phone with me and they will deliver it to my house within 2-5 business days. I needed my chainsaw back together to bring up for a job. Now I’ll have to purchase a new chainsaw plus wait another week for this part. Thanks! Don’t waste your time ordering parts from here. 45 dollar part is now going to cost me 500 dollars for a replacement saw.Edit: reply to admin. To your response as I do appreciate you responding so quickly! If it was explained that a part would of been near a month to reach your outlet I would of shopped somewhere else. Clearly. But thanks for lying once again and my dissatisfaction will still stay the same. Have a great day!

Took my Delta Motor in for bearing replacement (also needed a belt replaced, but I did not know that) as it was constantly tripping the breaker on the table saw itself. Waited for about a month with no contact from the business. I finally went down in person and was told that the belt was no longer available.They did test the motor and it was all good, which I knew already, but when I picked it up, I got the motor back in a box in pieces. Not impressed. Also, when I did a quick search, I found the belt in at least 3 different places (amazon, eBay, and independent shops in the USA) some with a delivery date of less than a week.My advice to this business, do a quick google search, you will keep more customers that way and return items the way they came into the shop.
