huge collection of pavers/stones/gravel etc but can never find anyone to help, most of the store is deserted by employees

Be careful if you order items for delivery. I ordered three 9-foot long shelves, and they delivered the wrong ones. The delivery driver then said I would have to go to the store to solve it.When I went to the store to simply request a partial credit because the item I received was cheaper, they tried to get me to either bring the shelves back (which wouldn't fit in my car, hence the delivery), or pay another $80 to have them send the right shelves and pickup the incorrect ones. Even with photos/videos of the items in question, including the barcode, it took calling the store manager to get $24 refunded. That was the total price difference.It gets 2 stars because one staff member did their best to help, but I will avoid shopping here in the future.

This store is organized and clean. We didn't have to talk with any workers. The hand sanitizer smelled so bad I almost vomited. But after that I found what I needed, And I'm generally happy with this store!

Prices are okay (usually better than Canadian Tire). The employees are kind of clueless. Parking was plentiful when I was there (6 PM on a weekday).
