Bumblebee Bight Inn and Brewery
Owners have overcome many obstacles and covid 2020 delays to open their doors Aug 2020 for Italian wood fired oven menu items and their first batch of craft beer in mid Sept called Pretty Island Lager. They thank all their family, friends and fermenting fans for their patience and support...the Green Bay South is amazing!!!

After 40+ years of travelling across Newfoundland during our holidays, we have rarely been given such a bad room. I felt that management's response to our concerns was both uncaring and condescending. Based on current reviews, most seem to enjoy their stay. They likely were not given the Narrows" room

We didn't stay in the hotel part but we ate in pub. Service was good even when it got busy. The beer was very good and I appreciate the sampler tray.We meet a young couple from NL who were absolutely wonderful to talk to about their province.We meet the owner Dino who told us how he ended up here and opening the brewery. He's a great guy to talk to.

Very pleasant bistro in a lovely town. Owners put everything into making sure the customer has great experience. Beers are very unique and food very good. Only drawback is they can't use the outdoor deck yet due to town policies, what a shame. The day we were there it was gorgeous and sitting outside would have made this a 10 rating!

A spur of the moment trip to Bumblebee Bight was such a great decision! The service is amazing and so welcoming. The food is some of the best food I have had on the island. The fish tacos are incredibly fresh and mouth-watering. The onion rings and calamari are also on point. The beer on tap selection is great and the beer is so tasty. An excellent spot to drop in for any fan of craft beer or delicious seafood! Adding Bumblebee Bight to the annual itinerary!!

Bumblebee Bight Inn and Brewery
So good place and so nice owner! We stay here for two days and have awesome experience: trying different home made beers and foods, Dino, the owner and the chef, even made a special meal off the menu with the cod we fished at n the morning. We will definitely come back next time at May, the season when iceberg, lobster, crab, whale and cod all are available!

Wow!! Such an amazing experience - loved all of the courses we've tried. The pizza, mussels and cod were the best we've ever tried :) The atmosphere was also impressive, very kind owners who gave samples of unique products and are extremely helpful towards all customers. It is a must try!!

If you find your way to this part of NL be sure to stop in here. Clean, fresh, friendly and delicious. Well thought out, compact menu with good variety served up in a cozy casual setting. Had the cod and mussel chowder and the beet salad. Both were excellent.

Overall great experience.Service was fast, servers were friendly and the atmosphere felt relaxed , yet professional.One of the owners made it her priority (Natasha) to meet and interact with each table. Nice personal touch.Food arrived in due time.Food was aptly heated, and well prepared. Good portion size, and fair pricing.The establishment is carving their niche with their local brewery. Offering a nice sample size, or full glasses.We enjoyed several of their adaptations.This is worth coming off the highway for to visit. Recommend reservations made.Only reason for 4*, they were out of several items we wanted to order, and did not know until the poor wait Staff had come back from the kitchen.Apart from that, every other aspect was 5*.
