CARSTAR Langley - Able in the Grove

I don/t leave many reviews but need to give Able full credit. David and Dar were great and the work was outstanding. One of the few places remaining where you feel like a valued customer, from start to finish.

I recently was hit by a Pickup truck when he was coming out of a parking spot. Both of my doors and a small piece on the quarter panel had to be repaired. Able did an awesome job on both doors and the quarter panel. It looks soooooo good. Thanks so much Darragh ad Dave. I loved the excellent car wash they did for me as well. I hope to replace my windshield with them in a couple of months.I would recommend Able to all of my friends. They were very friendly and accommodating.

My daughters 2005 oddessey was having issues with the door locks and drivers side window. I called after hearing several good reviews about Able Autobody in Walnut grove. I instantly had a good vibe. We discussed some possibilities for what might be wrong and i explained this was my daughters first vehicle. Despite terrible weather with snow and ice and them being extremely busy, they booked us in to take a look for the same week ( I said it wasn’t urgent, but had the impression if it was they would have gotten us in that day!) they made the repairs and determined we didn’t meet expensive replacement parts! Yay!! But imagine our surprise when my daughter went to pick her van up, and find that it was fixed and they wouldn’t accept payment for their time! For a young new driver, this will stick with her forever as a baseline for how to treat people and also what amazing service can look like. We will be bringing our vehicle back for all our maintenance and repairs. If I could give 6+ stars I would. Thank you so much ✨

Most auto body shop told me it would cost me 1,400.00$ — 1,600.00$ to get my bumper fixed.Dave only charged me 500.00$ and fixed a minor scratch on one of my doors for free.It was done fast, fixed within a day and the quality is top notch!

My wife and I had just got $3000 work of car repairs elsewhere in walnut Grove. So when our side door on our odyssey wouldn't open , we were devastated. I was given the recommendation to contact Boyd, craftsman collision, and a place in Cloverdale. When Boyd was incredibly rude to me over the phone... I decided to forego the two other suggestions and ask through a Facebook group.The first person suggested CAR STAR, after a miscommunication that evening I scheduled to bring it in the following day.Dropped it off at 9:30 and the manager offered to drive me to the bus stop! Who does that?!?!I told them the desire to have the car back that day as we only had one vehicle. I honestly didn't think we would get it back for at least a day maybe two.1:15 they called, letting me know that the door was back on and completely fixed.I show up at 1:45, with someone washing my car and the door completely fixed.The price to fix the door was 165.I got a ride to the bus stop, I got the door fixed and I had someone wash my car.I can't remember the last time. I was so impressed with service from a mechanic.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Darragh and his team provided impeccable service despite the challenges that arose with my particular case. The job they completed was of extremely high quality and they ensured I was well taken care of throughout the time my vehicle was in the shop. I would highly recommend Darragh and this service for all of your vehicular needs.

It seems odd giving a review for a business that I never actually used, but here I am! Darragh was really accommodating in responding to requests for information and assistance, and was a pleasure to deal with. Even though I didn’t end up needing their services this time, I will be sure to use Able In Grove in the future if I ever need auto work.

I had an amazing experience with Able In Grove Collision! After being rear-ended they got me in quickly, did a wonderful job of the repairs and had me on my way. I was grateful they had a courtesy car available for me and super impressed that they took the time and effort to wash and detail my van before returning it to me. Darragh gave me excellent customer service and worked hard to ensure that my vehicle was fixed quickly and safe to drive.

I was in a car accident last week and had my car sent to Able in the Grove. They had done such an amazing job, in less than a week, that my car looks better now than before the accident! Darragh, Dave and another fellow (didn’t catch his name) were so professional, helpful and informative. They even buffed out plenty of scratches for an unbeatable price. All in all I am beyond satisfied with their work and recommend them 100%. They were also so friendly and pleasant to talk to! Thank you so much fellas!
