I see Jody every second week - he keeps me mobile and active despite a neck fusion due to a MVA. He treats specific issues during the appointment time but always has a lot of helpful stretches, exercises, and strategies for staying in shape and working through problem areas at home between the appointments. His sense of humour and jokes keep the sessions upbeat - I am often still laughing as I head home after the appointment. Definitely recommend!!

I have only been there a few times as I followed my massage therapist there who is fantastic. The staff I have encountered are very kind and good to deal with. The location is great and easy to get to. Only 'criticism' would be that I can't pay by credit card which I prefer.

I saw Erin for a massage and it was great! She's very professional and I greatly appreciated that she didn't force conversation. I like to just lay back and relax and she made it an awesome experience! I will be back for sure.
