The UPS Store

After a poor experience at the UPS Store on Creditview in Mississauga for passport photos (rude service and bad photography), I came here and was greeted with so much kindness! The man who took my photos was so pleasant and helpful, and I was happy with my pictures.

Very friendly and professional service. I saw other reviews about not honoring the online pricing for passport photo, but in my experience they charged exactly what the online price was.

I went to drop off an awkwardly shaped item for shipping, with a really bad make shift box. I struggled to put it back together. As soon as I walked into the store, Mike greeted me with a big smile. He was extremely helpful. He basically rebuilt the old box to almost new again! I’ve been in the service industry for over 20 years and I can recognize incredible service when I see it. He deserves the very best that’s coming to him. I’ll be recommending your store and Mike for years to come! Thanks for a great experience. A++++

Mike was extremely helpful in our printing needs. He even suggested some design changes that would be helpful in the future. The whole atmosphere in this store was welcoming. We will definitely be coming back.! :)

These guys are friendly, however, they now charge for returning pre-paid items. They call it “processing fee”. To print a label and attach to a package that is pre-paid (ie. they make the money on it anyway for shipping it). They never did this before but now found a new way to gouge the customer. No thanks. I now go to another courier to return my Amazon items and such. Bye bye ups.I see your quick reply but it holds no water. You have started to charge this recently. Before we would just pay 10 cents for a print but now 2 dollars.If we came to ship something you’d charge us nothing for that label. With the returns you also get paid for that same shipping so why are you charging extra? As I said, gouging cause you can.
