I waited for almost 15 mins, then called and asked how long because I could walk as I did not want to be late, they told me less than 15 mins, so I said okay I will wait.... I missed my appointment, a specialist I waited four months to see, it took 54 mins. They didn't need to lie but choose to anyway and were sassy to me for even asking about the wait time. Never again

Booked cab the night before for an early ride before 5. Cab showed up at 5:10 and wouldn't let me change my stop. These people should be closed down for bad service and safety violations

Needed an early morning ride to Hamilton airport. Phoned 2 days ahead to request a ride Taxi driver was prompt and pleasant. Price was exactly as quoted and was able to pay by credit card. Very pleased with the service.

Make sure they shut off the meter when you get to your destination , driver Garry did not so as he wrote on his clipboard the price kept going up . When it came time to pay he said he could not charge me what he initially said ride would be because now the screen was giving another total.

Sometimes takes really long to show up, once waited over 2 hours outside in -20 snowstorm weather because they were so busy. Even thought they had forgotten about me cause I was told 25 min wait when I ordered it. so I tried calling back several times only to get busy signal or simply have the line ring and ring but not answer. Gave up waiting and called another taxi company cuz my recently frostbitten hands were having severe nerve pain by then, from the damage I had suffered 2 weeks prior. It was mid Feb this taxi story happened btw. I did finally get through to them twice but first it was an automated voice saying my ride was booked already, do I want to cancel or hang up? Couldn't figure out how to get through to dispatch then. Did figure it out 10 minutes after and asked what was happening, got told it was extremely busy due to the cold. So called other company for a ride, got an estimate of 15 min wait. That was doable. Then the EasyRide driver ended up showing up before the second companys taxi came. Cancelled them in the EasyRide taxi. My driver was incredibly friendly and chatty though and didn't mind the unexpected 15 minute wait he had while I was inside pharmacy to pick up my prescription. He even kept the meter off instead of running it while I took so long to return to the vehicle. He was curious about some very obvious personal problems I was going through after asking me if the car in the driveway was broken, cause I said no my mom is inside the house but can't always be able to drive me everyday to the pharmacy which I required at the time for a witnessed dose medicine I was taking for pain. He was forgiving and didnt complain. That was a first with me, when dealing with taxi drivers. I had been living in Hamilton for past 7 years, until a few months ago came back to Brantford Christmas Eve 2022. The driver didn't mean to come so late, turns out he was around the corner for much of my wait as his tire had blew nearby before picking me up, he had to wait for a company to come assist him with tire replacement. He actually told dispatch this and it was dispatch who failed to cancel my ride and let me wait outside with no hat or gloves in my mothers driveway for 2 hours , I had locked myself out I didn't have a key for my mom's home I was staying at and my mom can't hear knocks at the door so I was doomed until she woke up from her nap. Drivers kindness and his compassion he displayed towards some of my situational issues and problems we had chatted about made the cold painful wait more worth it. I've only ever had a few other taxi rides with EasyRide taxi but all have been satisfactory at the least, minus this one long wait, the other times the taxi arrived really fast and I was pleasantly surprised. Most of the drivers have been unexpectedly chatty, friendly and respectful. The remaining two or three others were quiet and simply did their job, got me to where I needed to go and with no hassles thankfully. I have yet to lose any of my important personal possessions in an EasyRide taxi so I can't comment on how honest and helpful they are if that happens, as in Hamilton I lost 3 seperate phones in 3 seperate taxis over a period of 3 years and all 3 I immediately called within 20 minutes max of me exiting and them driving away but told no phone in their car, even when I called within 2 minutes one time, I couldn't imagine they had time to pick up another customer in that brief moment and if they did that I was unlucky enough to have them steal it, so I figure it was cab drivers taking them both this time and all times. But like I said, that's Hamilton (Hamilton Cab and Blueline Taxi). I do wonder how nice and cooperative and honest drivers would be here if same were to happen in Brantford in an EasyRide, but if God forbid it does happen in the future, I shall edit this review then.

I used the service of Easyride in the wee hours of the morning on Nov20/22. Although I have used this company many times over the years this trip was especially memorable. My drivers name was Shazam and was pleasant and entertained my conversation. I hope to see Shazam the next time I require a ride.Thanks Shazam, .

The girl that answered the phone was very rude when I booked my pickup. She didn't even say goodbye, she just hung up on me. The ride itself was OK. The driver wasn't too talkative but I got to my destination

Driver of Toyota with plate starting with CLV- speeding on terrace hill, came flying down sydenham and almost slammed into me while I was pulling out of my driveway. Proceeded to start yelling and screaming at me that I was wrong (not sure what for?) and then got into a screaming match with my husband who happened to be outside. Unsafe, unprofessional, would never use this service after witnessing this.
