Usually when a male walks into these stores he's lost luckily I had Anne-Marie give me a hand and finding my Kris Kringle a gift very friendly very helpful lady the cashier was also friendly at the Kate Spade store. Thanks for making my shopping experience a great and easy one. As far as the prices I was told that this is the best place to buy original authentic Kate Spade products.

I asked this one woman for the prices of these two purses and she preceded to tell me JUST the smaller ones price saying that oh no that bigger one is very expensive" Implying that its something I cannot afford or whatever. I am sorry but that was a very rude thing to say to your customer. It just ruined the experience for me unfortunately."

Love Kate Spade handbags, cardholders, and accessories. I wanted to order an item online. However, the payment at checkout is USD, even when I chose Canada. Discovered a store location at Vaughn Mills, so I visited and got my item. The sales rep was so helpful. I couldn't find the colour I wanted and she went to the back and found it even when the other sales guy was saying they didn't have it.

Friendly helpful staff, great selection of Kate Spade handbags. Prices are reasonable but it is the tax that hurts. Good customer service but I don't like the new look of the Vaughan mills shop. I prefer the former look it looks fun, fresh and cheerful. Now the shops looks gloomy and the carpet is dirty.

Excellent service. Anna Marie was very pleasant and very helpful. I wanted a purse for my wife that they were sold out of and the only available piece was in the window. The Manager and Anna Marie were kind enough to sell it to me.I travel quite a lot around the world and been to many different businesses and I can confidently state the customer service displayed by Anna Marie and her colleagues exude excellence.They are courteous, pleasant, always smiling and helpful. Store regularly has some great deals running but what makes it better is its helpful staff. Special mention for Gurdev- she not only helped in explaining all the ongoing deals but also gave suggestions on what style is trending. Unlike most other store associates that hurry you along to tend next client, Gurdev calmly answered all my questions and gave useful suggestions while helping other shoppers also. Wish more store associated were like her.

Anna Maria was super nice and helpful! Helped with selecting all our gifts and finding all the options available for us!They got us boxes for all the gifts too which was very much appreciated as these were gifts we were selecting!Overall great experience !! Will definitely return!

Great deals, quality finds, awesome staff. If you work in retail like I have, then you'll have more patience for lines. Lines are there for a reason. Only a specific amount of people are allowed in the store. As it's such a small shop, it's not only a health and safety issue for staff and customers but also loss prevention and security. So be patient, you'll get in the store.
