We've taken our bikes there a few times for service. Twice they quickly fixed the issue and refused payment. The other time they quoted me a reasonable price, but ended up charging me nearly half that when I went to pick it up. After all that, I swore to buy our next bikes from here.Well, this weekend my daughter was ready for her first real" bike (not just cheap department store ones) and this was the first place we went. The staff was friendly and helped us pick the right bike for her size -- one that also happened to be on sale for 33% off. They also helped find a helmet for my other daughter

I’ve bought my first bmx in high school from these guys and have been my main shop since. First time in the new location and I gotta say it blew me away. Saw some familiar faces and some new ones. I highly recommend coming here if your looking for a new ride!

One of the best bike shops I have ever been to in the Edmonton area. Staff and service is amazing and the selection is superb. Always love going over to get parts and just chat bikes! Brayden your the bomb!

Bought my son's bike from them in Aug 22. No real issues there, but they weren't especially helpful. Brought it in for tune up in April 23. Needed rear derailleur adjustment. Tech didn't even look at the bike. Said it needed front sprocket, chain and cassette replaced. $300. Service department has obviously been instructed to upsell to customers. DO NOT take your bike here for servicing. Go to Saber Sports. $22, changed the cable and adjusted derailleur. Support local. But don't support Mud, Sweat and Gears and their predatory service department

Took my bike in to get the brakes aligned. Not only did Dave do it on the spot he also took some extra time to check everything else was in good working order and walked me through some things to keep an eye on. Went above and beyond. Very helpful, great customer service!

Absolute hats off to the crew here and specifically the mechanic Alex. We’re getting ready for a tour and I popped in to get crank arms torqued. Alex made sure everything was good and tightened a few more things. We came back 10min later as we had an issue with the other bike. Alex caught it right away and helped us out. We came back a third time 10min later with one more issue and he figured that out as well and we’re all set now!!He was so helpful and did it all with a smile and didn’t charge us for a different bike shops mistake. Full kudos

Great staff, they are very friendly people and really informative. I don’t know very much about bikes, but they were able to explain it to me and help me through the ins and outs of the bikes and the features. I definitely recommend this store to anybody that doesn’t know much about bikes but wants to get into it.

I recently bought a new bike here to tow my kid around in a trailer. The team there helped me find something in my price range and explained all the differences. Extremely helpful. They also got my partner’s bike tuned up, explained the work that needed to be done to it given that it hadn’t been used in a while. They had the work done quicker than expected and it works great. The trailer I got from a friend used didn’t work with my bike, but they special ordered the adapter to make it all work. Very happy with my experience there! I’ll definitely be back.
