I would like to caution anyone from falling into the same trap that I did with this agency, particularly while we are in the middle of a pandemic. They changed me $400 to help me find a nanny for my active toddlers which they guaranteed for 30 days. The first nanny showed up with a leg/back injury (which she did not disclose to me in advance) so it was obvious that she was unable to keep up with small kids with her injury. This agency replaced her with a nanny who was competent but was not initially honest about her other jobs (she was working multiple other jobs and taking public transportation regularly), so when I found out, I asked her to wear a mask while working (as a precaution). She declined to wear a mask saying she found it uncomfortable and that if I was not okay with her not wearing a mask, she would quit. And she did, after 4 weekends (coincidentally shortly after the 30-day guarantee was over). When I told the agency about this, they told me I don't know any family with kids who asks their nanny to wear masks inside the house". They would not find me a replacement nanny without charging me again.So

Abby found me housekeepers/nannies twice, and both times she did so with efficiency, frequent communication to check my preferences, and always with courtesy. She is flexible and competent, and takes the time and effort to fulfil all reasonable requests (I have little kids and specific time requirements!). I'm very happy with her service, she is truly good at what she does - helping you out when you need it most!

I posted an add on Kijiji looking for a sitter/ nanny and this agency contacted me and told me about what they do. They basically do the searching for you for a one time fee.. I was lucky enough that they found me a wonderful Nanny fairly quick.. They are like any agency that would look for child daycares for you etc.. I had a positive experience and I now have one of te most amazing nannies I could ever ask for. If your looking for a nanny try this agency and discuss your options they are responsible and very professional..
