Club Regent Casino

Went for an event. Seating too tight with crowd. I was elbowed twice. I have cracked ribs. The man spilled my drink, didn't offer a replacement. He spilled his own drink on me several times.I really didn't enjoy my birthday treat.

Wow, what a nice clean renovation! The theater where we went had an awesome stage and great performance. Staff are friendly and attentive. Everything is clean and well taken care of. We will return to Club regent for the shows and stay for the great dinner. Honeymoon Suite was excellent just a little short tonight.

Awesome service..they really look after u...clean and great tree coffee. Many washrooms and lots of hand sanitizer...great items in gift shop and casino staff very helpful..lots of perks when u get your club membership !!! A fun night!

The property is awesome! Great selection of games too!! Very friendly casino staff. Touki's restaurant, not so much. 1. Staff seemed a little confused about seating. 2. Not much of selection on the menu sadly. 3. Server lost my husband's club card, we had to walk all the way back to customer service. My husband and i had the same dinner (chicken club sandwich & salad) we both felt ill after(saturday & sunday). We both had the same symptoms. I remember the menu having a little more options and the food being amazing there. Hope it gets better :)

Did you know you can get ice cream!!!! It's awesome, big, and very reasonably priced.

The event centre is top notch for watching a band or entertainer. There really isn't a fine dining restaurant in the complex, if you are going for something to eat, but it is passable. The service in Toukie's restaurant was very slow. The casino has all kinds of machines, roulette tables, blackjack etc. There was a good energy There on Saturday night when I was there to catch a band.

I feel sorry to write this, but casino staff behaviour forced me to do that. They insist me with their rude, unresponsive behave. I am not talking about all the staff. Most of them are very nice and responsible gentlemen.I don’t recommend this Casino for play Till their table staff doesn’t not change behaviour with human specially Chris, Robert, LeeAnne (all are Inspector) One dealer name Robert.They are behave like they are the owner of the casino. They forgot this is government owned and operated casino. They are speaking very rudely with players.There are lots of incidents happened in past week. I am mentioning only two here.May 6,2023 Sunday night Incident, Dealer paid $400 less to winner, and when player (winner) noticed that this was $400 less from the winning amount and told dealer(Jeff) to recheck. Then dealer (Jeff) and inspector (LeeAnne) both shouted on him instead of listen his request to recheck. They threaten winner player, if player didn’t accept money as paid to him, they will remove him from the roulette table. We surprised to see how they put pressure on player to accept that amount they paid to player, assume correct amount and no need to recheck again. They were misbehaving with extreme level of rudeness with players. After 10 minutes drama, when other players and viewers also told inspector LeeAnne to recount than LeeAnne agreed to recounting with dealer. Then They found, They paid $400 (200 chips cost $400) less from the winning amount to player. After that inspector paid $400 more to winner. This incident is seem like racism, discrimination, disrespectful etc.An hour later that night, I was treated very shamefully by Inspector LeeAnne. I took the $100 chip and took my place to play when Inspector LeeAnne came and approached me and ordered me to leave the playing area of ​​the table if you are not betting with the chips you bought. I was shocked to hear this statement by the casino employee especially the Inspector designation.This is very cheap incident done by any mature person in my whole life. such a poor mindset of inspector LeeAnne, with this type of mindset she destroy the repution of Casino Hospitality.May 4,2023 Thursday We need server for that we request to inspector Chris for calling server. But Chris respond was very rude, disrespectful and misbehave. Chris reply in his word “This is not his job, you should go and find or wait”. After that I approached to his manager (Gerry), Manager is very nice gentleman & he listen me properly and admit that this is his job and felt sorry on behalf of Inspector Chris and assured me to this will not happened again.After Upper Written two incidents, I set-up my mind to go to senior management for solution. and also put this on Google.I have been playing in this casino since 2013. But after Covid19, the casino staff are very rude, disrespectful and insulted to the player. Casino Top Management need to take strict action to save the prestige of this casino. I am afraid if they are not taking the necessary step, then they are also participating to ruin the prestige of one of the main attraction of Manitoba.

First time going and playing and I had alot of fun! I wasn't there to long but the time I was it was very enjoyable and I'll def be going back soon!! Very nice people all around it seemed. Can't wait to return
