TIK TOK NAILS

Gotten my nails done a few times there, very clean environment and most staff are very friendly, some struggle with communication but you can tell they’re trying. My nails have been amazing every time, I’ll definitely be going back

Be aware. If you book an appointment for 10am. You will not get in until 1030-1045. I have been going for some time now and they are never are on time.However, if you have all day to wait around for a great nail job. This is the place to go.

Excellent service! They were so kind and got me exactly what I wanted and were transparent about costs up front. They were able to accommodate my daughter and myself immediately even though it was pretty busy. Highly recommend!

I felt like I was on the assembly line, I think there was 2 people that spoke English.The guy did not even know I was gonna have a manicure so I sat there for forty minutesUntil somebody told him in vietnamese that I was having a manicure as wellThey don't think that white people understand vietnameseI had a significant other for8years that was vietnamese i understand and they'rerude

Went to Tik Tok today and my manicure looks like my 4 year Niece could have done a better job. They are not good with receiving criticism & start talking between themselves if you say anything. Today was my last time at this nail business.

Terrible service since the new owners took over. Nail polish bad clumps The girl was gunna leave it like that on my toe. I asked to fix it. But the quality of work was terrible she didn’t clean well the precious’s couple. And the girl who did my nails. She was trying to convince me to remove and add new set. When I said I need the same soft colour she said I don’t have the same she wanted to put shellac on the top of the powder!! I said NO I NEED A SOFT WHITE COLOUR!’ Then she wanted to put some sparkling colour. There I was frustrated I told her please to simple Connor and then she said why don’t you go back to Ottawa and do it because this is not gonna be the same colour. OMG!!! After all she did a soft colour and the work was not clean. She want paying attention as she was with her colleagues talking on the phone with someone and laughing. Im so mad. Terrible service. Never again I’ll go there.

Not happy, this is the second time I’ve been in to tik tok nails and the girl was yanking my hands all over the place, flipping my fingers like they dont have any joints in them telling me to relax, if I were anymore relaxed Id be dead, of course I’m going to be tense when someone is grabbing and yanking my hands around the way she was. Not to mention the burning sensation in my finger when using the grinder thing, or how uneven the shape of my nails were then get attitude from her when I asked her to fix it. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here other times I have gone to get my nails done but for the last two times I’ve went I have got the same girl and the same roughness with me each time. She is the girl at the third nail table to your left when you walk in the door. Do not recommend.

Did an excellent job with my pedicure. Loved the gentleness and the quality of her work. Thuy made me feel very comfortable and gives a great foot massage. Don’t get manicures very often. She made my very poor nails look fantastic Great place to get nails done
