We went into the restaurant on July 3rd around 6:20pm. We had to wait roughly 10 minutes for our order to be taken. While waiting for our food to be made we found a mediocre clean table to sit at, none of the tables in the restaurant were very clean and a few had dead bugs on them. Our food was slowly being prepared, 1 item every 8 or so minutes. We then noticed when our chicken burger was made and packaged, the next item put on the hot plate was another chicken burger, which wasn't needed at that point. Again with a poutine, the employees in the back were not paying attention and not communicating about what was being made. A lot of businesses complain that they are short staffed, which we would understand, if we didn't see 6 employees standing around in the back not helping. Several were walking around waiting for a Swiss Chalet order to come through while they watched the Harvey's side sink. The young blonde student at the front was taking orders as well as preparing food when it was ready. As the orders and customers piled up the food still wasn't being prepared fast enough. If it wasn't for the one guy at the front nothing would I've been completed tonight. As we were leaving (around 7:30pm) we seen the only useful guy working tonight cleaning the bathroom. In my opinion, his time would be better suited in the back while someone else less useful cleaning the bathroom. If we hadn't already paid for our order, we would've simply walked out. Whichever manager" was there tonight

SUPER SLOW. Every time in drive thru.....ordered online today get there to pick up...CLOSED Inside note says to call. UNABLE to get thru...had to wait FIFTEEN MINUTES in drive thru..while my food sits on a counter getting cold. Not only was it disgustingly cold, one of the patties was BURNT beyond edibilty.This place needs NEW COMPETENT management.Tell you MORE????? Doesn't my photo tell you everything you need to know!

I have been coming here from September and the service is always fast. I place my order with boost if I am getting late for my class or if I have to come in between the breaks. They always make sure my order is ready on time.

Tables were sticky, bathroom floors were super sticky. Good was stale or over cooked. I've been going to Harvey's since I was a kid and it was disappointing.

First time in Harvey's and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest little spot with amazing food. The Chicken Nuggets is to die for. IT WAS FIRE!! The service we received from Krishna was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcome and gave us an amazing experience.

Stopped by for a quick, Sunday take-out dinner and was pleasantly served by Krishna. The food was good and Krishna made the experience even better by providing extremely friendly, prompt customer service and attention to our order. Keep up the great work, Krishna!
