I used the mobile shredding service for shredding confidential files. It was worth every penny to not have to haul 15 boxes to a location to be disposed of. The technician was excellent, confirming all the shredding and quantities prior to doing his work. Would definitely use them again.

I recommend Western Archives and Shredding to anyone looking for a confidential shredding service. We were able to quickly book an appointment, the price was reasonable, and the personnel that came to our site were on time, friendly and efficient. We received a certificate of destruction and receipt within minutes of them finishing the job while the truck was in our parking lot.

First time using this service and by far exceeded my expectations. Right from the quoting stage to completing the service to invoicing us it was superior to any service like this I have used previously. Perry was fast to respond and the invoice was exactly as quoted. The driver was right on time and was friendly plus was in and out in 30 minutes. You could not ask for anything better. Highly recommend this company.

We only had 20 boxes to be destroyed but that was no problem. Kept us informed all along the way - what time they would get here, which day. Appointment was only a few days away from my phone call. Helpful service in carrying out all he boxes. This is our 3rd year of using them. Will do so again.

Fantastic staff, cheerful, helpful, timely service was provided by each team member. The company’s ability to come to where the records were safely stored plus to quickly provide the required certificate of destruction was a true time and energy saver. Will definitely work with this company again.
